Worst site with excuses

I asked for withdrawel on 13/11, was informed by an agent I needed to send documentation to be verified would take 72hrs, oonce time was up still not verified but was informed withdrawal failed and I needed to send documents again which I did.

Now 19/11 documents have been verified, the funds I tried to withdraw are not back in my gaming funds which was meant to happen day of verification (17/11). Now been told to wait and be patient and rest assured the funds will be back into my balance and I can withdraw. I am not rest assured in anyway, keep getting same excuses that its being escalated, as most reviews state here, its easy to deposit but when you win and want to withdraw its a nightmare of a joke.

Once my balance updates I am withdrawing and leaving as this is the worst site I have ever been on!

edit: on top of this they decided to credit the balance back but upon withdrawing again told me it failed and have to wait another 72hrs to receive an email and to be rest assured again it will be resolved!

Was going to join but after reading the sites responses have chosen not to, when a site feels the need to have a department to sort out problems and still takes as long as this one clearly does, then there is a serious problem in the way they are running this, but is BS was an Olympic event this site would clearly be favourites for the Gold Medal...

I requested a withdrawal on the 1st…

I requested a withdrawal on the 1st November, on hearing nothing by the 6th I asked why the delay in processing to be told additional verification docs were needed. I provided these and was told my account was fully verified on the 8th nov. On the 11th, still pending so I live chatted and was told very rudely that I needed to have a phone call before the funds could be released but would not tell me why and kept repeating “it’s regulations”. I provided my phone number and some dates and times I would be able to take a call as he asked, those times came and went and I have received no call and no correspondence. Live chat and email are both useless and send standard emails which don’t answer any questions. Very disappointed and will be escalating to regulator if not resolved very soon.

**edit still nothing 16th November. Still being told to wait longer on live chat and no reply to emails. Absolutely shocking**

Still waiting 23/11. Still no reply to emails and getting the same copy and paste ‘please be patient, rest assured you are high priority’ rubbish on live chat. Taking this to IBAS now.

Edit 29/11. Still waiting. Received phone call for ‘final checks’ on the 5th attempt on Friday, was told 72 hours from then and it would be processed. Live chat this morning now saying there is no timeframe and that was wrong information, and that they will again escalate to speed it up (they won’t). So fed up now.

Still waiting my withdrawal of £415 to…

Still waiting my withdrawal of £415 to be sent to my account. It’s been over a week now. I’ve sent all the ID they need, sent numerous messages online, tried phoning the uk number but it’s just a answer machine ! Starting to think that this is a fraudulent site.

Update.. still no funds in my account despite emails saying they are “currently” looking at my account. Will update if I ever get the money. Next step will be to contact their regulator if I don’t get it soon.

Absolutely Fuming! Still waiting for withdrawals after a month!

On 12th September 2022 I won a decent amount of money on casino gods. I made 2 withdrawals of £10,000 each (Total of £20,000). I was then asked to send in verification documents which I did. My account was fully verified by 15th September 2022. However I am still waiting. Despite me putting in complaints I am getting nowhere at all!! Its now been 29 days and all I get told is that its been escalated to the correct team as a priority and I will be contacted as soon as its been sorted. I am not happy at all! All I want is my money paying out. Please do NOT use this casino, its all fun and games until it comes to them actually paying out winnings! I just want answers, Casino Gods have ignored my other complaint and not responded!

A month and half on and still getting told the same!! Im so angry at this point how they can treat their customers! This is so unfair!! Apparently they are waiting on confirmation from the game provider now! Never heard so much rubbish in my life. Its making me feel ill all this stress!!

Waiting two months for withdrawal

I have been waiting for a withdrawal for around 2 months now. I completed their verification requirements and my account was fully verified when I requested the withdrawal. I keep getting told that the ‘payments team’ are still looking into it. The live chat are useless as they are unable to do anything other than escalate to this mystery team. There is literally no reason for them not to process my withdrawal.

It is getting almost laughable at this point. I am unsure whether the site is a scam? It could be. At this point I literally have no way of getting an update nor completing my withdrawal.

I submitted a formal complaint to them and got the same response. What is the point in having a complaints team if they just respond in the same way the chat agents do?

I will update this review should I ever receive my funds but after two months I assume that nothing is going to change.

SCAMMERS

SCAMMERS! Had a win and they closed my account without reason, won't reply to emails. Also waiting on withdrawals from 2 other Genesis sites. Been 4 weeks now and they stopped bothering to respond to emails. Genesis Casino group are clearly scammers. Don't waste your money and play on a more reputable site.

Verification woes leave me disgusted and defeated!

My advice is not to join this online casino. My experience has been a nightmare. The customer service team gave me incorrect information and dragged my issue out for more than 2 weeks now and it is still unresolved. Be aware they will take 72hours to reply and still do not answer questions with anything more than the generic pre loaded response. Furthermore clarify exactly what doc's they require as once u send those in, 72 hours later you will be asked for something more. And then again....and then again and again. Terrible communication, disgusting timeframes to reply and zero help given. The lack of common sense and NO flexibility is appalling. This casino shouldnt be allowed to trade. Signed Disgusted and defeated.

A few weeks ago I tried to withdraw money to a card but I was advised this wasnt possible due to this being a different paymebt method, which is rubbish as I've done this on other sites which was fine. Its just a way to get around keeping your money. I now have no way of accessing the site due to some issues with gambling, its only less than £50 so should be able to refund this without any problem.

I have spent approximately £200 on the site and went to withdraw £80 almost two weeks ago after 48 hours I was told I’d withdrew to a different method then I deposited with and the funds were back in my account so I withdrew to the same method as the deposit thinking this would take 48 hours again.
Four days later I questioned this and they said it was being processed and to allow up to 10 days. I was on the chat daily after this chasing this up as to why it took so long after three days of speaking to someone every day I was then told I needed to be verified and send documents which was sent instantly and verified I’m still waiting for my withdrawal which was sent off over a week ago and still no update.

Frustrating as there is no update other then please be patient and initially it would of been done in 48 hours and now it’s almost 14 days.

MUST READ before you open an account

20th march 2022
my account was made.
2nd April
asked to verify my account
18th april.
made 10 withdrawals of $2000. $20,000 in total.
19th april
my documents were approved
19th of april
my account was deaactivated
20th april
They sent an email to complaints team saying my account has been restricted now and they have requested additional info to remove these restrictions. They then asked me questions like.."have you bet more than you could really afford to lose?.. or.."have you borrowed money or sold anything to gamble?. Which i replied NO to all.
23rd april
i emailed complaints team asking about my withdrawals. And they then stopped me from making any deposits or playing any of the games.
That same day they emailed me back saying sorry, your case has been escalated so that the corresponding department reviews it.
25th april
i emailed again informing them it had been 7 days since my withdrawals just to be told by them that thy were still under review.
Several emails were sent back and forth concerning this issue.
One month later..
24th may
complaints team emailed me saying..After investigating your account, our security department has deemed that you undertook fraudulent activities to your advantage which is a clear breach of our T's and C's. In the event of any fraudulent activity, Genesis Global ltd reserves the right to suspend or block a players account and VOID ANY WINNINGS.

I then asked for proof. Dates and times these other accounts were made. Proof of i.d used to verify these accounts and proof of cards used. And usernames aswell. I need this info so that i can inform the authorities that my name and details are being fraudulently used without my knowledge.
I have been emailing them since with the same request.
It is now the 8th of august and im still waiting. If it was a few hundred i would of just forgotten about it. But its such a huge amount that im concerned that i could of been scammed. if i could rate it with 0 stars i would
