After reading the reviews I'm kinda…

After reading the reviews I'm kinda worried I've got 3 pending withdrawls that need go to my paypal , 72 hours is a long wait to be honest my account is verified so there is no need for documentation, if I don't get my winnings then I'll be putting a 1 star and taking it further I'll give more stars if I get my winnings.

Bit of a bad experience

Made many withdrawals some paid the same day some paid the next but this time made a withdrawal Thursday it’s now Saturday and still pending all my documents are verified any other betting site is practically instant put lots of money in this site think I will play elsewhere

Update they wanted me to update an old credit card witch I no longer have customer service we’re excellent sorted out over chat and money was in my bank within the hour thank you

Not paying the withdrawal

It is 3 days already I'm absolutely angry about that nevar hand problem casino before but the *( casino gods ) bad experience.

AVOID THIS CASINO AT ALL COSTS

Made a withdrawal on 10th June and still waiting, constantly told I will be updated and the days roll in to the next one. I have provided all my documents and my account has been verified but the withdrawal is still pending, over 2 weeks isn’t good enough!

Update day 16 -

Still being told that it’s being looked into, which is what I’ve been told the last 16 days, feels like a scam.

Day 17 -
Still being told it has been escalated and I will be contacted by the relevant department very soon, won’t tell me what’s going on, won’t give any timeframe and now creeping up to 3 weeks!

Day 18 -
Still no update! They are happy enough to take my deposits straight away but when it comes to my withdrawal of £3501 nothing, absolutely disgraceful, I would stay well clear of this online casino.

Day 19 -
Still haven’t heard anything and too be honest I’m not surprised looking at others with the same issue. I will be contacting IBAS as this is con.

Day 20 -
More lies from these fraudsters it’s an absolute scam, just keep being told to be patient and it’s being looked into.

Update Day 21 -
It’s been 3 weeks and no progress whatsoever! Do not use this online casino they’ll take your money straight away and give you excuse after excuse when you withdraw.

Update day 24 -
No progress made at all, being told that the relevant team are looking into but I seriously have my doubts. Nearly a month to wait for a withdrawal is terrible.

My withdrawal got sent back to them I…

My withdrawal got sent back to them I even sent them the proof from my bank and they have done nothing to help not even got payments to look in to it just keep saying wait so they have 500 of my money and won't resend it stay clear of these crooks update
I've had an email to say the funds have gone back in my account and that its been sent to be done manually now this has been going on days I told you the day it was sent that it failed I've spoken to my bank and they said it will go in no problem now so please do not make me wait days again to get my money

i feel conned

i deposited hundreds off pounds over multiple deposits , i then go to withdraw £400 and four days later i have received no money , i have sent several emails asking what is going on and am yet to receive a reply , there very happy to take your money but do not seem to want to do anything when it comes to paying out

After back and forth for weeks now I…

After back and forth for weeks now I have provided documentation for my bank account as I made my deposits via paysafe card as requested by the payments team. They have now rolled the withdrawal back to my account and moved the goal posts again saying it has to be made to an e wallet, this is despite their first request that it be to my bank account and furthermore against their general terms in 8.5.

Still waiting to receive funds i banked on the 2nd, this is day 5 of the working week still no sign of winnings, after seeing everyone else's comments I feel I could be waiting longer still

Update day 12 since withdrawing still no idea whats going on,
My bank seems to think either there bank is at fault but highly unlikely or there financial team probably needs changing as this seems to be a constant problem with genesis global and withdrawals,
I can say the customer service team has been good atleast replying within so many hours but overall I wish I had just stuck to video slots like usual never get withdrawal problems with them, it is a shame as the site is ok but everyone seems to have problems when withdrawing,
Now waiting for the financial team to look at my case or release the funds
I shall keep u posted but at this point I don't think il see my withdrawal this week so it'll probably go into 20+ days before I see it

Customer services lie, lie, lie and lie a little more. Been told by 3 advisors that the money had been approved and will be released today at some point. When I asked if it will be before 12 am as that is a new day I was told they cannot answer that, to quickly then be told that it will be within 24 hours so not today. Shocking. Will be staying clear from now on. More than likely will not see the money. Should have known.
