DONT TOUCH THIS SITE SCAM!

IT DOESNT ADDRESS ANYTHING IVE SAID.
YOU HAVE PROCESSED IT INTO AN ACCOUNT I DONT USE ANYMORE BECAUSE YOU DIDNT THINK TO CHECK
ANOTHER REASON DONT USE THIS SITE!!
used this site over a year ago. I won £140 i could not withdraw it because they said "my PayPal " wasn't verified. After a year they finally accepted my PayPal and informed that they had processed my withdrawl. I fond out today to a card that isn't in existence or the account. Firstly why stop the withdrawl over a PayPal issue if your not going to put it back into PayPal... and secondly why not check to see if that account is still up and running after a year most of us have different cards.
Another way to get out of paying. They have no respect or sense for their customer.
PLEASE DONT USE THEM THEY SHOULDNT BE ALLOWED TO HAVE A LICENCE. THIS WILL NOW GO TO TO THE GAMING COMISSION.

Was very surprised at how fast my first withdrawal took to process to my bank it's the fastest I've had off any slots site it was less than 24 hours and already showing up as pending on my bank account also I didn't need to send any verification documents . I have been reading some of the reviews left on here and find them hard to believe thst people are waiting months for payouts I think there just sour loosers

Happy for you to deposit as soon as a withdrawal is pending the joke of a casino asks for verification and now when going to verify my account is blocked won't let me login and ignore my emails. A disgraceful disgusting casino the UK gambling commission wants to look into this corrupt casino ASAP.

Casino gods and my missing money

So this is a little different to most but also pretty similar in the poor customer service.
I withdrew £500 and was paid out pretty quickly but at the same time left £100 in the account for future gaming, this vanished the morning after I made my withdrawal. I have constantly emailed them in regards to the missing money but they have not responded.
I realise mistakes happen but a little customer service would go a long way .

AVOID VERY POOR

Deposited on the 12th April and used the welcome bonus. Suddenly when playing they changed my account and blocked me from playing any games. They said they would sort it in 48 hours... its been 2 weeks and no contact. Terrible company AVOID!

Get a quicker reply on TrustPilot than via their Customer Service Team.

As per the review title, I get a quicker review to a negative comment on TrustPilot than if I were to email their customer services team.

After being promised a refund of my combined deposits, I was made to jump through hoops of providing countless bank statements and IDs, and also told to open an E-wallet in order to receive my refund.
That’s despite having made all deposits by way of debit card.

Viewing it as my only option to get my deposits refunded, I complied and sent across proof of my shiny new E-wallet.
This was almost 2 weeks ago and despite 3 emails chasing an update, I received no response.

@Casino Gods - when will I get my money back please?

DO NOT USE THIS SITE. Takes an age to verify you (conveniently after you've deposited but before you can withdraw) and if you actually win anything like I did they just block your account. Withdrawals take an absolute age too.

I wish I had done better homework about…

I wish I had done better homework about Casino Gods & seen the reviews about how bad they are at withdrawals. This is my 3rd week trying and even tho it’s Been escalated numerous times & I’ve sent enough verification details etc bank details, Skrill account details, debit card details, address details, drivers licence dam the list goes on and every time I contact the site it takes the 72 hours for them to contact me with some stupid excuse as to why I can’t get
withdrawal yet. I only have 1 option to withdrawal which is my debit card but they can’t deposit to my debit card, so I give my bank details which they asked for but still no option but my debit card on my account to withdrawal to. They want me to open another account with someone like Skrill then deposit more money into my account so I can get a withdrawal, I have a Skrill account account but mine doesn’t even let me deposit to this site so should have known weeks ago Casino Gods is a scam, I used my debit card & paysave for deposits. This site needs to be reported to someone that can’t let them keep getting away with this plus how they make people feel like their criminals trying to do something unlawful. Oh they take your money straight you can be sure of that. Please never use Casino Gods , well you can if you just want to keep giving them money & never get any winning’s back.

That’s what I have heard for 3 weeks from this site, we will escalate your case only to get someone new telling me the same thing, you can’t make a withdrawal to my debit card, I know this & have given proof of everything you have asked me to send. I could open a bank account, take out a loan with all the documents I have sent but your company can’t even deposit into my bank or even my Skrill account that you have verified from my documents. Please don’t email me back saying you need more documents & someone will get back to me in 72hrs as there must be someone that works there that can do a basic bank transfer or even deposit into my bank account, I promise once I have my refund I will close my account & never use or contact Casino Gods ever again, dam it’s not even that much money but it’s disgusting how you make people get upset & frustrated with the way you pawn them off like we are all suckers for opening a account. you took enough money from me easy as & to think it could have been more if my withdrawal had happen straight away like all other sites. Hope it not another 72 hrs for reply as I’m starting to think when you say escalate it’s really just another way of time wasting

Absolutely a joke waited nearly a month…

Absolutely a joke waited nearly a month now for my withdraw of 2500 and still not received it. Keep getting told the same thing to be patient but it has been so long. They are quick enough to take your money but as soon as you want your winning they will delay it the best they can. No phone helpline and live chat is all the same.

Update.
Still not contact from casino gods, they keep telling me the same thing over and over just would like my funds so I can move on. If they could just get back to me with when the funds will be available in my bank.

Update once again. It is now 12/04/2022 and they have still not paid me. They have blocked my account saying I was relying on the funds when they are the ones who haven’t paid. The live chat still telling me the same thing be patient and wait for the relevant department. Starting to think they don’t exist. I paid for a service and expect to be paid what I won’t so I will continue to complain.

I am absolutely appalled at this casino they are now telling me that they are refunding my deposit of £200 because I used my brothers card to deposit even tho I sent in a letter with permission. I won’t stop until I get my full winnings I provided full docs and proof of third party permission so I legally have rights to them funds. I could of lost the deposit and they wouldn’t of cared but now I win they want to just give me £200 back no chance. Pay me my winnings

Signed up to casino gods made two successful withdrawals then signed
Signed up to a sister sister which I i was recommended by casino gods customer services so I signed up to kassu.com (sister site) made a a few desposits but no win so went back on casino gods had a win and made a withdrawal of £780 that was on the 6th of march!! I've been told that my withdrawal will be completed once a phone verification has been done so I recieved phone call confirming verification.. although I already verified previously to my previous successful withdrawals. I then recieve an email saying I will recieve my funds once they send me a confirmation email it's not been 3 week and still havent received my money.
I then went to play on kassu.com ( sister site) of casino gods for them to tell me I've self excluded my self which I never did and by reading other reviews this has happened to a lot of people i think its DISGUSTING how I've been treated and please people avoid this site

Terrible company,they keep your money..…

I have written a review previously about the procedure for a withdrawal, i have received my withdrawal. But at the same time i was advised that my account was blocked and they would refund the balance on my account,despite several messages (as you cant speak to a person on live chat) i still have not had the refund.Apparently they have to check and review even though they paid the withdrawal. Absolute terrible company and service,they should have the procedures in place to stop me from playing rather than take my money, then block my account and keep the money. I would not recommend them to anyone .

Shocking Experience

Awful experience. I have had all my documents verified and have been waiting for my withdrawal to be accepted for 2 weeks now since then. I have been in contact every 72 hours as they state it can take up to 72 hours to be processed, and get the same response every time about it being "in the final stages". Also had an email from a "VIP Manager" stating he can help speed up the withdrawal process in which i thanked and agreed upon.
Am in a Gambling Community of 16,000 in which i will be letting them know of this experience and will be contacting IBAS about this.

Daylight Robery!!

Absolutely awful if you want to deposit deposit deposit and then finally win and never get your withdrawals this is the casino for you! Withholding Winnings

They will prevent you from withdrawing any funds from this site by stating they are following the "know your customer" procedure. They asked me for multiple documents to verify my ID, address and payment method. My ID and address was then verified on their document upload section and now they are stating that actually they were not verified, even though I have screenshots proving that they have.

Essentially it's just a ploy to prevent you getting any of your winnings. I will be contacting IBAS about this.

Awful terrible site it’s been a…

Awful terrible site it’s been a complete nightmare trying to get my £130 withdraw. If I don’t get it by Friday I will be going ahead with filling a case with IBAS. When email just keep getting told my withdraw has been escalated.
