Please please please do not use this site. The negative reviews are there for a reason. The unduly stress this company has caused me this week is disgraceful. There holding back my withdrawal to verify account. Which is fine. But waiting 36 hours for responses is disgusting no-ones that busy. And today still waiting on a reply I get 3 separate emails stating its time to verify and the whole process starts again. They also waited until I contacted them three days later to find out why I hadn't received my money instead of contacting me. The worst company I have ever dealt with. Oh and they continued to take 2 deposits from me after the verification began. So there not that bothered about who you are.

They then told me I could have the deposit back but they will not pay it they've declined my withdrawal 9 times over the last couple of weeks.
Please don't use this site they will not give you your money.

I have been waiting over a week now for my withdrawal and my documents to be verified and my account blocked while verification took place so I could not use livechat I think the customer service response is terrible. Eventually my documents were all verified and payment method verified and now they are asking for phone call to verify who I am but i keep ringing the number and keep getting the same automated message, I just feel the service is poor. P.S Still waiting for my winning's I have been made to feel like a criminal

I won 2,300 which initially was confiscated by casino gods as I had breached their terms and conditions. After appealing the decision, they refunded the winnings and today they are in my bank account. They did not need to refund the winnings so I am giving them 4 stars. I would have given 5 but it has taken a long time to reach this positive outcome.

My withdrawal has been pending 10 days now address and id verified but waiting for payment card to be verified over 72 hours. I have never had to do this with previous sites first payout was fine but this is not acceptable they still take deposits tho strangely enough will be contacting gambling commission if not sorted very stressful and off putting! Aldo phone number doesnt work and chat takes over 30 mins each time a quick update this has now been resolved and I will amend My review accordingly thanks.

Where do you even start with this casino. Been waiting 4 days on a withdrawl because I needed to verify my account(even though they already paid me out 2 transactions ). Every person I spoke to on chat said the same things that I had not sent the correct documents which I had. They kept saying they had not got them when I had a confirmation email saying they had forwarded them to the verification department. Eventually got my address and ID VERIFIED but still waiting in my payment method getting verified. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Created an account on Sunday. Made several deposits and then managed to land a decent win. Requested to withdraw £5000 and was asked to verify my account, which was fair enough. Documents sent over and approved for Monday morning and told funds would be released within 72 hours.
Now Saturday and withdrawal still showing as pending. Everytime I contact the casino it is the same response of be patient , we have been having technical difficulties, the case has been escalated etc. Basically like going round in circles. Nobody seems to give an honest answer which I feel is unacceptable when depositing money is able to be done so easily and with no questions asked. Beginning to get a bit stressed about it as seem to be in limbo going back and forward receiving the same generic answers

Still waiting on my withdrawal and answer to 2 x complaint emails that have went unanswered. Customer service is non existent

Made 2 withdrawal Thursday & in my account next day no problem , I then made another on Friday & was suddenly asked for varification 🤷♀️ Strange after a simple withdrawal the day before but again no problem ,but Jeeze what they ask for is more than the usual sites , I’ve been verified now & told withdrawals will be processed asap but still no payout all withdrawals just left pending on account … annoying really as actually liked the sites layout & games selection , never experienced another site taking this long for a withdrawal … will update
