CONFISCATED WINNING FOR WINNING TOO MUCH

Only one star because you can't give none... won £4900 but they will only pay me less than half..... because of terms and conditions. Have to verify my account and withholding my money till its confirmed which plainly goes against the gambling licence commission rules. Another day another excuse.... its because 20 times out of 700 or so times i gambled too much they will not pay me my money.why can their system allow you to break their rules which they feel are so important. Surely if they police their rules so professionally then a simple limit set in the system would provent this happing..if you look for complaints about this business you will find many examples online aswell as blacklist marks. Day 7 and still waiting on withdrawal …

I like this site but there withdrawal process is a nightmare I finally got verified after 2 days sending documents and now this is day 7 waiting on a withdrawal I’ve heard nothing just that please be patient I have never know any other casino taking so long for withdrawals

Pro’s are that there are a good…

Pro’s are that there are a good selection of games. 

The negatives are next and unfortunately there are a few. You must play with every penny you deposit at least once – I have played on many sites and cannot ever recall this being implemented before. This is mentioned in their terms however I feel it must be made clearer when actually depositing your money. This links to me 2nd negative and an on going complaint which is being ignored. I depoited some money and won rather quickly afterwards – as a result I thought it was wise to withdraw. Unfortunately I was told I needed to spend an additional £117.28 due to deposit wagering requirements. I did exactly this and was then told ke another £446 in order to withdraw! I contacted live chat and was then told that this additional wagering requirement was a mistake and that I could withdraw now….I now feel that the other request to wager £117.28 was also an error. I have contacted live chat and also contacted email support to request proof that this wagering was required but as yet no response. I have seen them reply to other comments, will they ignore mine?

Would give 0 stars if possible, signed up today and deposited £150 plus £62.50 in bonus I literally stayed on one slot for the whole duration and did over 300 spins , I didn’t receive any bonus or any single win over £10 ……. Let me break this down….. EVERY SLOT BY LAW HAS AN RTP (RETURN TO PLAYER) PERCENTAGE….. this slots RTP is 96+% which means depending on value of bet per spin then you should receive a certain amount of winnings back in return….. well after calculating what I won back in regards to the best size and spin amount I would estimated less than 30% RTP which means this website is illegal and fixing there slots in their favour quite substantially. I will be reporting them a long with my evidence so please avoid this embarrassment of a company they call “genesis global”
More like genecide global!!!

This is some nonsense

This is some nonsense. How long does it take for my withdrawal to be confirmed? I have sent you all the documents several times you asked for and nothing my withdrawal is still pending. I have previously sent my complaint to the Gambling Commission and will make my complaint again. Update: I got my money but I won't change the review because you don't deserve it. Your service is terrible, you don't care about people and you only make payouts after hard and long battles with you. I will stay away from your casino and it would be best to close my account.

Everything was ok until I won big. I use my son in law bank card And sorted all out with this site with 3rd party and all ID ,everything was all correct and everything was all approved and it been 70 days decline my winnings and return my deposit back to my bank and then blocked my account what I’ve done wrong absolutely Ridiculous !!£7000!! I was very dubious after reading all…

Still waiting my withdrawal from July…

Still waiting my withdrawal from July 2021 last year!!! Sent every piece of documents I have and still nothing! Block your account so when asked for documents it's only through email, which is the most frustrating replies! Repeated again and again! Great site ,loads of choice

My first comments and ratings were great but have deleted as this site is terrible , i have a pending withdrawal of only 200 hundred pound and all they do is send same email , ive sent passport which we dont sign as the new ones are chipped , bank statements , even divorce papers as my passport is still in my maiden name but the only thing i cant send is my dna but if i could id still wouldnt get my money , i pay by paypal which in its self is secure and verifiyed , this site needs looking into and i am making a complaint to the gambling commision .

I had the delight of winning 2500 on…

I had the delight of winning 2500 on the 27th of December.
I had played some back and withdraw 2,160 pounds.
I had a text come through to say it was pending however no email.
So the next day I started to make contact!!! I’ve been told my email doesn’t match the one that the account was opened with and due to this they are struggling to be able to do anything about it.
I was then told I could change my email through an address they gave me and asked to me to send all my details which I did.
I still haven’t had any update, only the same emails time after time!
To add to injury they have taken £135.00 by a sister company genius ltd.
why? I have no idea…. I will be contacting the bank first thing.
I even tried to open another account using all my details again… to which it shows you this account already exists!!!
So if my account already exists and you have taken all my personal documentation why on earth is this happening and where has this 135 pounds gone from my account!!!!!!!!!
Can’t speak to a member of the team… and feel so stressed it’s so unfair.

Now after a reply from you… you’ve explained you’ve asked for documentation on the 29th and more information.
This has been fine and information has been sent time and time again!!!
Still you can’t locate my account. It’s ridiculous
