I opened a account with you. I lost more then 10000 in one day but as a casino operator you guys did not go do your due diligence according to your licence. To ask were and how i deposited this much money proof of funds. Safety net for customers. I took money from my credit card and deposited in my current account and lost it in your casino. Never play on this scam site, i played over 1000pound and nothing to win.

I received an email on Xmas day saying all documents received when I sent them months ago.

Now about an hour ago I get a call from this number +356 27782286 asking me to provide details. I then told him about the email I received and then he hanged up. Just won’t this company now to leave me alone as they can keep the money.

I have recently joined casino of god's and have to say my experience has been very good up to now. Verification was straight forward and my pay out done within 48 hours despite it being Christmas! I think a lot of the negative comments come from disgruntled players who either lose or don't follow proper verification process. Still waiting to get paid since September after have sent documents such as NHS, National insurance number ,and subscription. Until than my review will be same as shown.

Been a member for about 2 weeks, and I would have give them a 5 star review until last few days. Absolute nightmare. 98hrs ago time of writing I was selected for a random review from the safer gambling team. I was advised I wouldnt be able to play for 24-72hrs while this was done. 98hrs later no reply at all from them.

Just before I was selected for the review I cashed out £160. Despite the review I was told Id still get my withdrawal usual time frames. Then 1 day later I was told my fully verified account suddenly needed several more documents. I uploaded them straight away and 3 days later they've still not been reviewed. Been waiting for my money now for 4 days. Absolutely terrible customer service, no reply to emails at all for DAYS, Live support can literally do nothing but contradict each other. I should have listened to all the negative reviews as they told me so.
I'm fully verified and I have withdrew over two grand well over a week ago and they are trying not to pay me out. They have said we need to get in touch with the game provider, when I've made a big withdrawal from playing the same game before and they have never said anything like that. Lied to me that my withdrawal has been processed, this has been seven days now and still haven't recieved it. Today when speaking to someone they said that that are reviewing my documents, another lie as I am fully verified. Then when I ask to speak to the team or fill in a contact form or speak to them on chat they said kindly wait for a email from the department.

I've never had to deal with a casino like this. They refuse to pay you out big winnings making excuses into why they haven't done so. I really liked this site but I think I'll stick to honest sites such as MR Q.

Update: Still no withdrawal twenty days later. Withdrawal is for over 2,400 and I've had no communication to say why I haven't received.

Update: A month later and still no withdrawal. They claim I'm top priority and they have been trying to get in touch with gaming provider to prove I won the funds. This is after me contacting them constantly with emails. I wouldn't want to play with them again.

You say you paid me like its no problem. You messed me about for 6 days in a row, cut a long story short. For 6 days I tried to withdraw funds. You said no until verified. I sent you 8 separate pieces of personal documents to verify and still no joy. I put a bad review on and the next day you pay me. Had previously left a 5 star review after playing and using the site won a small amount withdrew no problem...then won a bit more not massive amount £350 and withdrew it, logged back in after a day to find out how long it would take to see that my withdrawal had been cancelled and my £350 was now £20??
In breach of bonus terms and conditions, I made 10 spins of £5 or more which isn't allowed for some reason? Also this was after I had won a few hundred so seems like they just make any old excuses to not pay out. Terrible! Company. Scam in fact comes to mind. I won some money, uploaded all the documents they wanted to withdraw it and they blocked my account says i self excluded myself! No i never. Prove it? SCAMMERS AVOID THESE LIKE THE PLAGUE.

Edit: these are actually criminals! They should never of opened my account as i was in fact self excluded with then via another account (something i wasnt aware of) and they should of been aware instead of waiting 3 days to ban me. Now they have voided my winnings and wont issue a refund! Gambling commission is now involved. SCUM BAGS!!

I have been fortunate to win £20k (having lost a significant sum to Casino Gods).

£4k has been outstanding since 24th November 2021.

I am a fully validated member. However I am being told my winnings need to be checked before they can be released.

I have never had issues on other sites. It seems my funds are being held back but no communication to advise why.
