This is my third update on casinogods
This is my third update on casinogods. Currently on day 9 waiting for my withdrawal. The site had approved all my documents but asked for my bank statement, I sent in the latest one that had been posted out to me so I sent that to the site only to be told 72 hours later which was yesterday, oh no we need the bank statement for the whole of November. I then had to walk all the way the bank in the wind and rain to get a bank statement for the whole of November to then screenshot and send to them. After doing all this guess what? I have to wait another 72 hours for it even to be looked at. I have been told by a friendly chat agent Eeka that the site can not possibly ask me for anymore documents after this has been approved ( hmm we will see ) it just seems they make excuses not to pay you out. I have made complaints, asked to speak to management to no avail. I have been intouch with the gambling commission who said it was ridiculous that they asked for a bank statement for the whole of November when my deposit was not made from my account. I have made a complaint via resolver they are doing there bit to get the issue resolved. I will be back in two days for another review if they fob me off again with more bs excuses not to pay me my winnings. I played in the correct way and stuck to there t&c with wagering requirements and I have corresponded with them ever since sending in all different documents they are asking for an yet even thou I have done all that was required am currently on day 9 which will go through to day 11 waiting for latest reply over the bank statement that would take one second out of there time to check but no il wait 72 hours an I bet there is another excuse not to pay me out again. I will update again in 2 more days if issue not sorted out by then
