This review is about Castrol Superclean, I've used this since 1990,could swear by this purple cleaner, would recommend 1,000% to everyone! You spray something, for example a wall with built up grease & grime or tobacco stains from years, it literally starts running down and you can see the perfection and cleanliness of this product! House, auto,laundry, EVERYTHING! I'm so happy to have been using this product for over 30 years, and will continue!

I love Castrol oils ( only use Castrol) but the customer service is very poor especially on their eBay official store... Ai generated replying on any problems... Find it dodgy when the reply starts with greetings... I will never buy again, might as well order directly from temu

I bought castor oil GTX high mileage 5W-30 oil brand new went to put in my truck as I was putting it and I noticed that the oil was dirty. I checked it out put it into a white paper plate to see what it looked like and yes it was dirty. Now I have to take my truck and get the oil changed and flushed to get that out of my system. Bizarre.

They manufacture particular oils for specific car brands as a 'first fill' (all BOT products), and are unable to provide me with the details of the product.
No specification sheet, no basic details, nothing.

As a customer you're held over a barrel to buy it from the car manufacturers retail shop.
Not only is it inconvenient (too far away and they won't post liquids) but the price is ludicrous.

There will be a generic alternative but, without the spec it's not possible to determine which.

Very poor.
