I've used CUS for over 20 years. I have always found them to be professional, responsive with good communication and clear facts and figures. They deliver savings, if available and good advice when to move or change service providers.

Fantastic service, from people who know their stuff!

We have used CUS for many years and have always had super service from them. The deals they have found have always been lower than I could find myself, and this year another company promised they could save me more than CUS, but when I looked closely at the deal, it was more expensive.

When I changed electricity suppliers this year, there was a problem with my old supplier not liaising with the new one correctly and the whole process was becoming very painful, especially as it was very difficult to speak to anyone at the height of the Covid-19 lockdown. We have never had a problem before and I eventually decided that I couldn't resolve this myself, so I phoned CUS, spoke to Chris, who took the whole mess out of my hands, sorted the problem, got both companies to agree the figures and issue the correct bills and credits.
It is refreshing to deal with a company who don't have the usual 'I can save you hundreds of pounds, pushy salespeople' but with people who efficiently offer you deals, comparisons and handle the paperwork and any issues in a friendly manner.
