You can not get a response, they are unable to provide a returns policy unless you email them, which they then ignore. The item is SHOCKING quality, order a fully festive garland, received a thin piece of green tinsel on a wire. AVOID

Absolutely do not order from this company, if you need to return an item they make it impossible to do so.

I ordered a product and wanted to return it from the day I received it only to be ignored, told to take it to B&Q and they will sort it, went to B&Q and they new nothing about it, you can't speak to anyone, they can't receive Pictures (Screen shots on email apparently), take ages to respond, send you links to collections company's that don't work, honestly is an absolute joke, I've never known anything like it.

Do not waste your time or money with this company.

We wanted to order table runners and chair bows for a small wedding reception. However, the colour choices
for shades of pink did not coincide.
An e-mail to the firm was sent and the reply was 'don't worry, just explain what you want in the box at the bottom of the online order form'
This we did and in a couple of days we received the goods - excellent ! We couldn't have wished for better service.
