I was very impressed with the quality, I wasn’t sure if my friend would approve, he did and I haven’t taken it off since I received it.

Honestly I wasn’t fully sure this company was a legitimate company when I first ordered. I’ve always seen the ads on social media but, eventually, I ordered and was incredibly pleased! The employee who designed my gift ( Elisa ) did a fantastic job!

Fast forward a bit, my girlfriend accidentally broke and subsequently lost the first one. I tried to cash in a replacement via the warrantee. While my particular case wasn’t covered - I was covered a discount for a reorder and a rush on production and delivery. All in all, the necklace I ordered was of great make, the design was also really cute! You also have the ability to change the design if you don’t like it, before it goes to production ( each piece is made to order here.)

I love my charms and keychain from here. My soul mate and my names are forever combined in beautiful designs I wear. Our astrological symbols are on a keychain. I plan to get my daughter’s name on a charm too. They honor their lifetime warranty as I lost one of the charms and they are replacing it. They just needed a photo. Customer service is too notch!
