Have used this company before and received my orders. Now, like many others I appear to have been ripped off/scammed whatever you want to call it!!!!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS - they ought to be ashamed of themselves. Do not be fooled by Pedro's friendly messages - DISGUSTING

Please dont give dear pedro a penny of your money hes a con man who will not even reply to you, personaly i would like to wring dear pedros scrawny little con mans neck, please give him a wide berth, you have been warned.

I used Pedro for a couple of years without any problems now they owe mum and me quite a lot of money been ghosted no replying to messages no cigarettes really stupid for believing Pedro was a man of integrity a huge SCAM

Do not Order anything from these.Ordered 2 pouches,never came,said they sent another 2,they never came,and don't answer you on whatsapp.
If you try and join page on f/b it just stays pending.They had a page before with around 1,000 people on that disappeared.now have one with about 60 people that you can't join.They will take your money and you won't get anyting,beware of the same people using different names like lowcost tobacco etc.
You will lose your money..DO NOT SEND ANYTHING BY BANK TRANSFER

How can they keep getting away with this! Don’t bother chasing old deliveries which haven’t been met cos they don’t reply. They wont let me unsubscribe from their scamming emails and wont let you join their FB group to see what’s happening! Avoid at all costs!

Bunch of thieves and con men. Will take your money and give you nothing in return. Please avoid this bunch of nasty thieves.

So it appears that Pedro and his team are back and offered to resend what's owed from 26/11/22. if we email them. Have done so numerous times but no response or delivery. Watch out for these.

New group on Facebook is convincing, all looks like it did & comms & info are the same as when legit. I was tempted but wary so only placed the smallest order. Of course have received nothing & heard nothing. Beware.

I placed an order a few years ago for the first time. The tobacco I ordered arrived and I was happy .
HOWEVER, my friend who introduced me to this company then placed an order, he NEVER RECEIVED his order. At the same time I was receiving advertising emails from the so called’ company. ‘ I sent a message to check everything was ok, I was told that if I ordered it would come.
So I said I’ll never use your company ever again until you send the tobacco my friend ordered!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY BY BANK TRANSFER - THIS IS EXACTLY THE SAME AS HANDING OVER CASH TO A COMPLETE STRANGER!

Payed for big order never received anything 824 pounds. They are back up running so plz believe me not trust. If they send my ordered bakki and cigarettes . I will update immediately

I placed my order in March and have received nothing from them even reply to emails. I have used them before and trusted them. I really thought they were a genuine company!! So disappointed. And the other review that says it’s stuck in customs is absolute rubbish! I assume it was the owner.

They are just scammers.....
I've been waiting since November 2022 for my order.
The last correspondence I had with them was in March 2023.

I ordered from lowcostsmokes in May this year and haven't received my order or my money back, I did receive an invoice tho.
Where is everyone buying theirs now ?

These reviews are old & very inaccurate, they have robbed hundreds of us since November 2022. They have started trading under Low Cost Smokes, avoid at all costs.

They haven’t started up again, nobody has received their orders, and their website has gone.

I had used their service for a while and it was fine (like many people's experience), but then my order in December never arrived, and they became rude via Whatsapp when I demanded to know what was going on.

So, I reported their bank account to the fraud pigs, reported their Whatsapp account and Facebook pages, and it seems they got kicked off both. Now reopened as Low Cost Smokes, as others have noted.

While I didn't get my money back, I did get my revenge. I warned them I would do this, and they accused me of making 'petty childish threats'.

All in all, a highly satisfactory experience. But not because of them. :)

Do not trust this company Low cost smokes just sent an email asking if they were going to honour my 170 pound, email did not go through, What a shock.
