I'd been searching fr a bike with better specifications than the entry levels offer. CMB asked me my specs which I shared, based on that they offered me 3 choices. The 1st was United Miami 4.00, which I lime immediately. Other 2 were close to my specs but not enticing enough.

So I just went ahead and immediately ordered it online and got delivery in 4-5days. The bike are better part 80% assembled, I just had to put on the Front Tyre, Seat n the Handle. Which was very easy since the installation instructions came with very clear visuals.

The accessories came later and were in order. The installation of which was piece of cake.

I've done 4 rides so far totaling 150km and very satisfied with performance, specifically the Gear shift is very smooth, Hydraulic braking is excellent, the accessories are also helpful and of quite good quality.

Honestly I've been very satisfied with the purchase n support frm th Sales, Supply n Service teams. I like to thank them and wish them all the best and carry on the good work.

I wud definitely recommend the Company to others.

For anyone in and around NCR Delhi region. Please do not purchase any sort of services from this company. I'd ordered a bicycle service from my bike. The gentleman that turned up first of all did not come on the scheduled day, and was one day late. He was supposed to come in the morning, which he did not.
He inspected the bike, and told me that there are certain problems. On telling him to repair the same, he said I'll have to pay for the parts. I agreed for the same also, but he asked me to get it done somewhere else. All in all, he came in and just gave me some suggestions and went off. Without any repairs! I had informed the team also, but he said I can't do it. There is no point getting any repair services done from them.

Purchased Battalion V3 Cycle. CMB gave everything promised. I was not confident in the beginning to buy from them. But after receiving the cycle, I took a breath and cycle was also delivered on time and in great condition. Highly recommended.

I ordered a Ninety one cycle for 11888 + delivery charges, later I got a call that price was mentioned by mistake and they were very sorry for that and the price for the cycle is 18k, but the gentleman who had called was very sorry and he offered me a price to componsate and I agreed to that, the follow-up was good, the service was good

There was some issue with the pedal and crank in my bicycle. Hari from CMB was genuine in his support and got new crank and pedal for the bicycle. He also arranged the service guy to come to my place and fix them at their own cost. I would recommend CMB to each and everyone who needs good bicycles and support

Look at the plethora of 1 Star Review. They seem to have paid 5 star review. Their post sale services are pathetic. I would not recommend any one to buy even a single thing from them

I ordered firefox gypsy bike. The packing was quite good, making sure that there is no damage to the bike. The bike's paint and all other attachable parts were perfectly fine as well.
I suggest to add a delivery tracker though.
