The team at Chosen sold my property within 4 days of going on the market, I had a large block viewing of 21 people and received multiple offers which resulted in selling over the asking price. The excellent customer service along with not paying a fee to sell would make it a no brainer for me to recommend Chosen or use them again. Thank you!

Having initially marketed our parents apartment unsuccessfully with a local estate agent, we decided to give Chosen a go, having heard great things about them.

I was recommended Chosen through a friend when I was planning on selling my home.
They have been absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process of marketing and selling my home.
The photographer is one of the best in the country and he made my home look amazing on the photos.
Nicki & Hannah we’re both lovely women with plenty of experience.
I was always kept fully up to date regarding my viewings and I could get in touch with them whenever I needed to weather it was a week day or weekends.
Chosen impressed me so much not just because I don’t pay an agency fee but also because they advertise property’s on 6 different websites so there’s more opportunity for the public to see your home on the market.

This is our 5th move and to be honest, my opinion of estate agents wasn't the greatest but Chosen Homes have completely changed this for me. They have been incredible.
