I was in London with my husband, daughter and daughter's partner for a funeral. We needed a 2 bedroom place to stay for two nights close to the tube and London overground in Islington.

This flat in Highbury was perfect and had absolutely everything that we needed on our doorstep.

Akim who checked me in was professional, friendly and kind.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience and will be recommending City Relay to everyone I know.

This was an amazing location and an amazing apartment. There are three levels which allows you to be apart from your party or altogether on the first floor. The apartment was well equipped, the showers were great and beds were very comfortable. The apartment is only walking distance from Notting Hill gate, the Underground subway, many pubs and bakeries, and anywhere you want to go. I would highly recommend staying here.

We spent three days in London and the apartment was truly excellent. Spacious, with hardwood floors and high ceilings. It’s located right next to a quiet park, yet just a few steps away from London’s vibrant nightlife. Everything with the host went smoothly and easily—from check-in to check-out. They even reached out to let us know we could contact them anytime if we had questions or needed anything. I can highly recommend this apartment and would book it again without hesitation. We had a wonderful stay, the apartment was very cozy, clean, and had everything we needed. The location is perfect, just a few minutes’ walk from Euston Station, making it super easy to explore London. The host service was friendly and responsive

Cosy apartment in a very nice location. We had everything we needed.

It was an absolute pleasure working with City Relay. From start to finish they made our search of the perfect flat a breeze. Securing a flat from the states was a daunting thought, but City Relay took the worries away. Their replies were always fast and we could not have asked for anything better. I HIGHLY recommend!

Clean and comfortable apartment, perhaps it could use a few dishes to make it more functional. Close to the metro and shops.

Amazing property management company. Stayed at one of their Airbnbs in London. Particularly in King's Cross. It was the perfect place to rest in between activities as me and few friends came to London for an NFL match. It was very clean. In a great location. But the best part is how responsive they were to any questions we had. Very clear check-in/check-out instructions and offered flexible arrangements which were very appreciated. I will definitely stay at one of their properties again

Such a wonderful apartement in Little Venice. Spacious and comfy and most important close to everything. We will definitely visit again and we highly recommend City Relay to everyone. Staff very experienced and efficient in all matters. Only thing (minor) a bigger TV in the lounge maybe, as I am definitely in need of the news to my morning coffee 🤣🤣 see ya in the spring '26

Great expérience, the location was perfect. 5minutes walking of paddington station. The rbnb was clean with lot of Space. I stayed 1 week and it feel like my house for this short period ! Thank you

I rented a property in canary wharf for my trip to London Oct 10-15 2025. On my way to London, with approx 3 hours notice to check in, I received an email that the property had been double booked. There was little to no effort to help re-book my stay elsewhere. The options provided as alternatives were low end apartment buildings in low end neighbourhoods compared to the 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom flat I had originally booked. Huge scam. When I said I didn’t want to book the other properties offered for the same price as I paid for the canary wharf location, my booking was cancelled and I was ghosted and left to find my own alternate accommodations with hours notice. Beware!!
