I wish I had seen these reviews before buying a blouse from this company. It's a total scam with substandard knock offs of the merchandise shown in the photos on their website. I was about to return the piece I bought, but returning it to China (with no guarantee from the seller) would cost almost as much as I paid. Awful, awful, awful! Don't buy from Lucy&Clara.com
Do not buy from this company. It’s a Chinese retailer that copies designs from other websites, but the quality is extremely poor. Once you place an order, they won’t allow cancellations, and returning the items costs almost as much as the original purchase. If you request a refund, they typically offer only 20% back.
WARNING! Do not buy from this website. The product you receive is a cheap duplicate of what you see of the original on the website. The dress was poorly made and there are no clothing tags on the dress I purchased, I have no idea what type of material it is as it feels almost like plastic. How can they get away with no clothing tags? They offer you a full refund for returns, but you have to pay for shipping. The return is to CHINA!! It will cost you a fortune and that is part of their scam. Or they offer you a 30% refund and keep the dress. Also note, their reviews are fake!!! It says it's from Trustpilot but I couldn't find the company name on Trustpilot website. So I am the first person to enter this company on the official Trustpilot website to warn others.
