Elli was really calm and lovely with both my children and very expertly suggested different shoes for my eldest when his weren’t in stock in his size. She was brilliant.

Went to Clarks Huddersfield with my 90 year old dad for some new shoes. Was served by Michelle who couldn't have been more patient, friendly and helpful with my Dad. She took her time with him and ensured he got the best fitting shoes for him. Highly recommend Michelle.

Friendly staff and great service. Sian was particularly helpful in measuring my children’s feet and finding suitable shoes for them.

Michelle, from the Huddersfield store went an extra mile by ordering the shoes that wasn’t in store for me, by ordering the correct size on line for me. Very polite and attentive

Nina was fantastic today! My fussy three year old needed measuring for some new boots. Nina explained everything to her in kid friendly language and got her sorted first time with a lovely pair of boots. She was patient with all the curious questions put to her and was wonderful. Thank you Nina!

Clark’s are fantastic

Yesterday evening, I wanted to buy some boots. The ones i wanted went far iver ny budget, but Michelle went above and beyond to help with finding the right fit for me. Excellent service, very patient and overall outstanding effort.

Sian was very helpful and attentive she engaged with my granddaughter encouraging her to chat and feel comfortable trying on her boots.

Sian was very thorough fitting my son's school shoes. She was polite and very helpful. We will definitely be back.

Fantastic experience shopping with a child who hates shopping. It can often be tricky but Amanda really got my child and just took over and did an amazing job. I can't even explain how it feels as a parent when this happens and an experience you are dreading comes good. Thank you so much.

Needed some new, smart shoes that are also comfortable and I’ve found them! Liam measured my feet and found me a number of shoes to try on. His assistance was excellent and I left with what I was looking for in my new shoes.

It’s probably about 3 or 4 months since my visit but I just wanted to say how helpful Elli was at the Huddersfield branch. I have thin feet so struggle to find a good shoe fit .
Nothing was too much trouble and she was so friendly. She is a credit to the company.
