I came in with my granddaughter for some school shoes on Tuesday and was served by Charlotte who was very patient and helpful in finding a pair my granddaughter was happy with.

Nina at Huddersfield Clarks took a long time making sure my grandchildren shoes were the right size and fit ,was super patient and a really nice young woman

Today I attended with my two young children (aged five years and four years), for their school shoes fitting appointment.

We were greeted politely by a lady at the desk who happily helped me be seated whilst I waited a short while for the lady called Nina to measure my children’s feet - she then patiently waited whilst each of my children chose some shoes to try!

Once they’d tried them all on, we were able to select the perfect ones we needed which both met the strict school requirements of “all black” and also kept my children happy with the dinosaur and unicorn soles. Nina also helped my little girl to choose some dolly style shoes for the summer months and fitted them with an insole so we didn’t have to come back to the store at a later date!

We also managed to take advantage of the discount on PE trainers for both my children ready for when they start back at school in September!

Nina was nothing short of amazing and helpful, we couldn’t have asked for better customer service, thank you so so much!

It was my daughter’s first time having her feet measured and we were assisted by Callum who was absolutely amazing. He helped us pick a lovely pair of shoes and was extremely helpful.

Excellent service from Sian who fitted new school shoes for our grand daughter. Attention to detail was impressive. Sian measured feet first then carefully felt the fitting when the shoes were worn. She recommended a larger size for a particular shoe. She had a lovely way of communicating with our grand daughter.

I took my daughter to get her first pair of school shoes, when we entered the shop it was very busy, however we were met by a lady smiling and asked us to take a ticket, she explained there might be a wait but they would get to us very soon, we sat on the seats with our ticket and waited as we waited it got busier, with everyone coming for school shoes. We didn't wait long maybe about 10, or 15 minutes then we got greeted by nina, she was so lovely with my little girl, she measured her feet, my daughter then picked out the shoes she liked the most, and nina went to find them, as my daughter has wide feet, they didn't have her size in the shoes she wanted, however nina brought out some very similar ones to make sure the fit was right for her and then said we could order in the size we need in the style my daughter picked, we ordered them in. This was a very good experience and the staff were all great especially nina

Nina! Nina was also training another lovely girl and she explained everything to us.
My Grandson is starting High School in September and I don't think he will ever forget how kind, caring,interested and helpful Nina was.
He has a very wide foot and had to go into the Men's section!
He is absolutely thrilled with his new shiny black shoes.
Only place to go!

I shopped at Clarks in Huddersfield recently, and the assistance received from a lovely staff at the store, Eden-Rose, certainly deserves commendation. I'm a tall guy who isn't too great at shopping for clothes/shoes and more often than not can't find the right size. Eden-Rose certainly made my shopping experience easy and smooth, and she helped me select not just the right fit, but the right style of shoes. I wanted to leave her a tip but she declined. Clarks should let customers give fantastic staff like her tips if we want to!

My child has additional needs and Michelle was fantastic! Thank you 🌟

Michelle at Huddersfield was a great help with exchanging shoes for my son and finding something that fits well and aids his walking.

Nina at Huddersfield Clarks was really knowledgeable and super helpful. My picky eight year old tried on every shoe in the shop, but Nina was patient and very kind.
