Grace was really helpful, found the right fit for myself

All of the staff were very helpful and patient. My feet are an awkward fit, so I needed to try on several shoes and had a lot of questions. This was the Leeds store within Trinity. I was served by Anya and Sana, both were informed, polite, helpful and patient.

Been in today just to try some boots to decide which I want for a gift for my birthday. Grace and Zaynab both incredibly friendly and helpful couldn't have asked for better service! Knew what they were talking about and just generally really friendly

We got a helper called grace and she was extremely helpful and very kind to us. She knew all about feet and was eager to share her knowledge. I recommend coming here and I will be coming again.

Today i visited the store in Trinity leeds the staff named Elli &Sana were so polite & friendly. There customer service was excellent and I highly recommend shopping there 🙂

We have had fantastic service from Elli C in the Trinity, Leeds branch on our last 2 visits. Yesterday, the branch was particularly busy due to last minute 'back to school' purchasers. Elli was pleasant and obliging whilst remaining unflustered and professional. She is a credit to the company. We will definitely shop there again.

Our assistant, Amina, was fantastic today. She was incredibly friendly and helpful, sorting both my kids’ shoe sizing and back to school choices really smoothly. Job done! Thank you!

Excellent service today. Nothing too much trouble. Thoughtfully dealt with a very indecisive tweeny and literally spent over an hour trying on various options. Couldn’t expect better service from a designer boutique! Well done Clarks Leeds staff.

I went into the new Leeds Trinity Clarks store to find some new sandals for summer. I was greeted as soon as I came in by a friendly team member who offered their help. I described the style I was looking for and they suggested a few options they thought might work for me. I tried on a couple of pairs in store before deciding on a leather look black sandal perfect for summer. To make things even better the sandals were part of the summer sale and I got a great deal! The team member also gave me some great advice about how to look after the shoes with some aftercare products that have made my sandals look like brand new after wearing them multiple times. A great experience from kind and helpful staff - could not recommend the Clarks Leeds Trinity store more!
