Eden was fantastic, getting us the right fit for the kids and really patient with a cheeky five year old!

I visited the Clarks shop in Nuneaton today. I was served by Elizabeth W. I was very impressed by the service which Elizabeth gave because she took the time to thoroughly answer and investigate all the points which I raised. Elizabeth is very knowledgeable about the products and is aided with the gift that she is very easy to converse with over matters. Elizabeth gave me good and honest advice today. I am grateful for this. I felt that all my queries were answered which allowed me to make a satisfactorily informed purchase.

A week ago, I placed a Click & Collect order at the Nuneaton shop with Reece S. I was equally impressed with Reece from the onset because it was so noticeable how he has "got it" in terms of Customer Service. Reece is a natural in this field. He took time to listen to what I had to say and gave informed and genuine replies. Whatever career path which Reece chooses he is assured of rewards due to his innate ability to deal with people.

Lastly, I was also by very impressed with the service which I have received from Molly W at the Nuneaton shop in the past. Molly is a very pleasant, mature and personable young lady. Her engagement, through honesty, with customers is exemplary. She is very knowledgeable with her role. I felt that I received a thoroughly complete service with the satisfaction of knowing I had made the best choice possible with my purchase. I did say to Molly that she is definitely managerial material and is very capable of taking a step higher. I wish her well in her choices.

I went to the Nuneaton branch to exchange a pair of men’s shoes. A lovely young lady, Eden helped with the exchange and refunds and made the whole experience effortless.

Bought some lovely silver trainers in the sale at a great price. Helpful, friendly staff especially Kerry who dealt with me. She could not have been nicer.

Took my 2 year old son into Clarks Nuneaton today.
Normally, shoe shopping with a toddler who won’t sit still is a nightmare, but that was before we met Freya.
Freya engaged with my son perfectly, letting him read the numbers on the measuring device
and explaining exactly what she was doing as she did it so he was fully engaged. At the till, the staff took the time to show off their pens that had toys on top, making the entire trip and great experience for him ( and me )
I used to train retail staff in customer service and can honestly say Freya had every quality and skill you could ask for in a team member. Fast track them before they get headhunted!

Would personally like to take the time to thank Freya for her brilliant customer service. We came to Clarks Nuneaton to get my youngest baby boys feet measured. Freya was very skilled and brilliant with my son’s measurement. After measuring Freya was very kind to also assist us in picking his 1st shoes. Amazing team member brilliant well layed out store very clean and tidy. Freya is an amazing staff member will defiantly be visiting again. Thanks

As always the quality of the shoes.
Clarks are always a decent shoe. Kerry was nice and very helpful too with my wife and me as we bought 2 pairs of shoes.

Visited Nuneaton store yesterday and I was met by Kerry who was very friendly and extremely helpful with my request unfortunately , there were no shoes in stock for my size but, Kerry was immediately onto locating my size and colour and will be getting them in the next couple of days.
Can’t fault the store and Kerry for a job very well done.

I was served by Lizzie at the Nuneaton branch who was very patient with me! She was knowledgeable of the shoes and the aftercare product that I purchased. Lizzie was anything but "pushy" which I very much appreciated.

Kerry was patient when measuring our granddaughter's feet. Although they didn't have her size in store, she ordered a pair of trainers to arrive in 2 days time for collection. Seemed very efficient and she was very pleasant.

Popped in to look for some boots for work. Found a pair I liked and Kerry the assistant went and got the pair for me. Had to try a couple of sizes and she couldn't have been more helpful. Got exactly what I wanted really quickly with no fuss. Very happy. Boots very comfy too!
