Collected some shoes from the Nuneaton store today and had a pleasant experience. Kerry was very helpful and clear in what I had to do to return the shoes if I wasnt happy with the fit.

Easy ordering the boots online, they arrived when expected, unfortunately I had to return them and returning via the local store was easy.

Excellent service.

Went into Nuneaton store, served by Kerry. She was very helpful efficient and gave lots of advice and information. I purchased a pair of havisham brogues. Had many times so comfy and hard wearing. Great service pleasure to shop.

We went in for school shoes as I imagine most parents would late August. Tiani was very patient with the kids and helpful in explaining what would be most comfortable for a wide foot. We ended up with trainer-like shoes which my son is very happy with.

Thanks Eden @ nuneaton friendly helpful and informative. We went to be measured and fitted for school shoes, my boys were pleased with the shoes they chose, the fit was great considering we had to order and wait for delivery for one pair before we could try!

We were helped by Molly at the Nuneaton branch today. She was so friendly and patient whilst being screamed at by my toddler. Not always the response you get even though as a company your staff must have to deal with loads of mardy toddler each week.

Any shoe shopping is a stressful experience with my autistic son.
Having tried numerous times at various stores to get new school shoes, we finally found success thanks to Kerry in the Nuneaton branch.
She was calm, listened to what my son was saying, didn’t rush him, which meant we left the store with new shoes and also trainers. So thankful to her, and we will be asking for her by name from now on.

Excellent service from Kerry @ the Nuneaton store. She was very welcoming and made my daughter feel as ease when measuring her feet. Kerry brought out numerous pairs of shoes for her to try and was very helpful and patience throughout making sure they felt right for my daughter.

Lovely customer service, Kerry was so friendly and put my boys at ease, gave them colouring sheets, didn’t rush us at all and gave great advice. Fitted both my boys and we always return for the lovely shoes and customer service.

Kerry in Nuneaton was very helpful when we were purchase our son's first pair of school shoes. Love that there is a guarantee which stops the worry of my son having a sudden growth spurt before school starts!
