Great service as usual.
Short wait, considering it's Clarks busiest time
Good value, great to see that the prices haven't increased

Anish was great today (21/8/2024). Really welcoming and talked directly to my children when fitting them. He asked them questions to set them at ease as well as to find out about their preferences and comfort with the different shoes they tried on. Really pleased with the service provided.

Chelsie was an incredible fitter, she even remembered the children’s names, amazing given how many children she dealt with. Kids have come out happy and the whole thing was professional and quick!

I went in just to have a look at shoes for my little boy and was welcomed by a lovely young girl who offered to measure my sons feet even though I didn’t have an appointment, she made my son feel very comfortable and she found him the perfect pair of shoes as he loves dinosaurs, the girl was called Cassie and I can’t thank her enough for her time and patience that day with a lively 2 year old

Served by Josh at Rushden Lakes. He was polite and friendly. We were shopping for school shoes and he engaged well with the children and ensured to check properly that the shoes fit.

Courtney was excellent in helping fit & choose my son’s ‘ back to school’ shoes & plimsolls!

Luke at Rushden Lakes today could not have been more helpful and understanding. Clearly our Grandson didn’t want his feet measured for his first shoes. However Luke was very understanding and patient and most helpful when it came to the fitting. Thank you Luke well done. We will be back !

Chelsie was so lovely and welcoming when I went into store to measure my baby’s feet. I felt so comfortable and she explained everything wonderfully.

Bipasha was brilliant in the Rushden lakes store today. Spent so long helping my fussy daughter choose shoes.

We had our son fitted for new shoes at Clarks this weekend and Farhan was so helpful. We often struggle to find shoes as my son has a high instep and nothing was too much trouble. After 7(!) pairs of shoes later, we left with a new pair of shoes and a very happy family.

Was served by myles, he was friendly and polite.
He helped me decide on what style and colour to get and did not mind getting me multiple different shoes to try on.
Great experience, would recommend Clark’s to anyone.

Luke at Rushden lakes was amazing . We had tried four stores before we drive out there for some help as my son has a really high arch and school shoes are a real mission to find . Thanks Luke for being so patient and calm !

We always buy Clark’s shoes for school…..they are the best quality and are fitted. Richie served us and it was really straight forward. He suggested some polish and a special sponge which we bought! Also topped up on laces as we get through them! I recommend the black scuff polish…as we also have riding boots!

Jermaine was really helpful and thorough when measuring and fitting school shoes for my daughter. Great service.

Although the store was busy they still had enough staff to help me immediately. The assistant (Farhan) was very helpful and suggested a suitable pair of shoes I needed to go with a suit. The pair I purchased is not something I'd of thought of myself but he got it spot on and I'm very pleased with them :-)
