Chris the technician attended today and I was really impressed with his attitude and professionalism. He was very polite and attended to the service work quickly and efficiently. A credit to the organisation and great customer service 👍👍👍

Excellent service from start to finish. Booked online and got an appointment within a week, i had the choice of a morning or afternoon appointment. I chose morning and was kept up to date of times. David arrived within the time specified and was finished in a timely manner. Rather than take it to a garage and wait all day, David was finished within a couple of hours right outside my door step. Having the choice to pay cash or card was a bonus also. Will absolutely use this service again. Thank you :)

Had David come and service my car today. He was fantastic - asked about if I had any issues and explained what he thought might be wrong with the car. Importantly, no hidden costs on the day and they’ve given me a quote for the other work that they nicely said I don’t have to commit too. Lovely guy and I’d definitely use David again. Thank you!

Cannot rate this service highly enough! Busy day at work today and David my technician was fantastic! He kept me informed prior to my appointment, showed up exactly on time and got the job done quickly and efficiently. Flawless. David was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and skilled. Thank you so much- I will be recommending this service and using it in future.

David contacted me prior to the day to confirm times. Arrived within the agreed time. Really friendly and talked me thru the process. Once my car service was complete he again talked me thru what he had done and any repairs that needed to be carried out. Would definitely use again! Thank you.

Avoid this company at all costs! A mechanic arrived late for our service and claimed not to have the correct tools for the service because his van had broken down.

When he'd finished the service (which he did whilst on his mobile phone for the whole session) he said that he couldn't stamp our handbook, but would take the book and post it back overnight. It never arrived.

We've emailed and called the company, and had an initial email back to say they would chase the mechanic and send our book back the following day. That was in August. Since then our emails go unanswered and I'm having to make a small claims court claim for our missing property and the cost of a service we can't prove that we've had.

Darren was super quick, thorough and efficient - will certainly use ClickCarServicing for both my cars again next yeat.

Overall I’ve experienced numerous issues with Click Car Servicing since the first direct contact with them on my MOT and Service date on 09/10. First of all i attempted to call the morning on 09/10 to confirm the booking with no response along with no response via email. Eventually i managed to speak to someone through chat who contacted the mechanic on my behalf.
One good bit of service was as my battery had packed in the day before the mechanic did bring a new one with him however charged over £60 for the pleasure.
After the mechanic had gone completing the service and MOT fail i was unable to pay via the link provided and had to contact the company to pay and receive details on the service completed. I did not however receive any information on the MOT fail, any documents and this was not registered via DVLA.
After trying to a long period to receive a price for a brake light and ball joint for it to pass its MOT i received a price of £191!!! Obviously i went elsewhere.
I then had to attempt contact for a retest after getting the parts fitted elsewhere and it was set to todays date for a full MOT. When it got to 11am this morning and no conformation was received I then chatted to a member of staff who advised they wouldn’t be coming due to a backlog from weather and can only fit me in on Monday 30th (my MOT expired 11th). It looks like no one was going to contact me to advise!!
Thankfully i asked for a MOT refund for me to take my car elsewhere and granted.

Overall this is really poor for a simple job and the communication received has been a joke. Like everyone else i work and have responsibilities and don’t have time for the issues highlighted.

Please be aware of the problems i had before booking with Click Car Servicing.

On time, quick and clear explanations. Much easier than going to a garage and very reasonable. Would recommend.

Very polite & punctual. The one I used last year was trying to bully me to have work done before I had time to shop around. Darren came to my workplace & it was very easy & brilliant price. Will definitely use them again

Great experience, much easier than going to a garage! Darren arrived exactly when he said he would and was very quick and efficient in completing the service on my car. Viewing my report and sending the payment was also very easy. Would definitely recommend!

Booked in for a diagnostic which was done promptly. Was told I needed a part which I paid for in advance. After 3 no shows I was eventually given a refund
