The dogs love the biscuits, we have moved our puppy over from the puppy protein to the venison biscuits and he loves it! Their poos are also really good consistency as well

Informative website & easy to order. Made an amendment to order via email.
Pleased that packaging of products & delivery mostly paper/cardboard rather than plastics
And dry food and treats sound nutritional value and our collie likes them

Good dog food at a good price and a good site to tailor your order/delivery 10 out of 10

Overall food is great, i would give 5 stars for food, however i have given 3 starts due to them changing their delivery partner from excellent DPD to terrible parcel force. Now if i want my food delivered on time i have to pay extra for next day delivery otherwise if left will parcel force it can take up to 2 weeks due to their incompetency

Well I thought I had ordered salmon but got duck.I usually alternate these but both are WERY goodAs a dietitianI feel he needs the salmon as he has raw meati in addition.one kilo of yours lasts one month and includes treatRosan Porter

The Clydach team cares about its food, the dogs love it, the customer service is outstanding and the packaging is totally recyclable and plastic free. I always feel good about supporting independent British suppliers like Clydach.

Great dry food for my dogs upset tummy. She enjoys the lamb and the chicken and I use them as treats for her also.

I'm afraid some of the wet food didn't seem to be sealed properly. A few of the trays had leaked out. My dog was sick this morning after he tried one of the trays (salmon). Disappointing as I'm not sure I can trust this batch! They seem a bit different every time.

Update: the customer service team followed up by email and asked for photos. I sent some, explaining that i actually threw out the ones that were leaking everywhere. They promised to reimburse me for the number of items damaged (was a few trays, wasn't asking for much) but then there was no follow up after that. They seem very mindful to respond on the public forum though.
