I recently purchased a 2022 Sprite Quattro from Code 11. The service has been excellent from start to finish. Sam and his team have gone over and above to ensure that all our needs were met. The caravan was handed over to us in pristine condition. Sam went through everything with us in detail and we are confident in going on our first trip.

As complete newcomers to caravanning, we weren’t 100% sure what we wanted when we first walked in. Sam was brilliant—super knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy. He gave us all the information we needed to make the right decision based on facts, not pressure.

Having used a number of caravan dealers for servicing over my 55years of caravanning some good and some not so good, I must say CODE11 is a cut above the rest. I always feel very reassured after a service that everything as been done and checked. I will always use CODE11 over any other dealers in the Yorkshire area.

We had our new caravan delivered today by Tom what a really friendly guy. He took the time to go though everything with us showed us how everything worked.
The experience with this company from start to finish speaking to Sam who was very approachable and friendly which puts you at ease straigt away was so smooth from beging to end, this small family run company and is very accomadating, nothing was to much trouble. Our first service for our caravan at Code 11. What a great experience from start to finish. The annual service was undertaken and everything was explained to us upon collection. Luckily, no issues, but everyone we met could not have been more friendly and professional! They even managed to clean off some mastic between the roof and side panel which was making the caravan look untidy. Good, old fashioned customer service and made us feel that we had left our van in safe hands. Highly recommended and we will certainly be using them in the future for all our caravan servicing.

Code 11 saved us when we had a leisure battery fail on us on the first night of a holiday .
They tested the battery and explained to us why it had failed . While we sat and had coffee and biscuits , they promptly replaced the battery and we were on our way . Can’t thank them enough, they were helpful, efficient and friendly . Highly recommend them . Thanks guys

We were Impressed with the Code11 company and staff from the first day they opened and we met them. We have received nothing but superior and no nonsense and honest service from Sam and his Code11 team. After booking our annual service and finding we had a really bad damp problem we were advised It would cost more to service and cure the damp than the caravan was worth, I asked if they knew where we could move her on and did they know of anywhere I could get another caravan. Sam advised me he could move it on for scrap and without being pushy he said he had a caravan within our budget for sale with no obligation.
It was exactly as described and Tom explained how everything worked then left us alone to have a look around with no pressure like most places.
Prior to this Code 11 did our all our annual services and when we had an issue they would contact us and trusting their judgement we let them go ahead. Its so nice knowing you can trust Sam and his team to take care of you, and communication was excellent.
We apologised for taking so long in our decision and was told “this takes as long as it takes, no obligation, we are here until you are happy” and they meant it. We have nothing but praise for the excellent service from the start of the process to the end. Sam, Steve, Tom, and Debs are there and have always been there with good friendly advice to answer any questions we had had during the process.

I would highly recommend Code11 to anyone thinking of buying a caravan or motor home. We would like to say a big thank you to Sam and the staff at code 11. They go above and beyond to help their customers. Absolute 10 star service given from start to finish.

Just collected our Go Pod from Code 11. Nothing but praise for the excellent service from the start of the process to the end. Steve, Tom, Debs and Sam have been there with good friendly advice to answer any questions we have had during the process, and I feel that level of customer service will continue if we have any further queries going forward.

Just had an awning supplied and fitted on our Motorhome at Code 11 along with a number of little jobs that needed doing. I would highly recommend Sam and his team, they are very professional and thorough along with being friendly and so helpful, explaining everything in detail. Great company great service.

From first contact threw to collection I have found code 11 to have a friendly yet professional service. Sam agreed to meet me and the family within a few hours notice on a Sunday. It quickly became apparent that Sam and his team were highly passionate about and knowledgeable of everything they do and although we haven't had reason to require aftercare believe this would be to the same high standard. Sam was far from "the pushy salesman" id expected, once we had exhausted all our questions he gave us the keys and told us to have a good look round on our own and give him a shout if we needed anything. We knew straight away that we wanted the caravan so paid our deposit. We were then talked threw the next steps and the timescale so we knew exactly what was going to happen and when. We were kept up to date over the next week or so until all of the issues we had pointed out and a few other things including servicing, were complete. Sam then again arranged for us to collect on a weekday night outside of office hours due to my work hours. The hand over was great and was opened with "this takes as long as it takes, were here until your happy". as I have been around caravans for a few years it was a fairly quick but still inclusive and informative handover. I particularly liked that Sam memorised me and my partners and other family members names and referred to us by name making it a personal experience. My parent are caravaners and after coming to the handover with me and being impressed with the company and staff, have decided to use code 11 for serving on there own van. It goes without saying the van will be going back to code 11 for any maintenance and servicing and I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you for the fantastic service.

A big thank you to code 11 today. Whale heating a nightmare but rang to book in and today it has been sorted. Very friendly and their knowledge is excellent. They have advised to run it and leave running for 1 hour as after cleaning no fault code found

After a lot of hard thinking due to age & health we made the decision to sell our much loved caravan. Sam advised us on price etc & Sam sold it for us. Prior to this Code 11 did our annual services & when we had an intermittent issue with the Sargent unit Sam was able to identify, sort & replace it for us. We also purchased & had fitted new caravan tyres. The total package of service received by us since the birth of Code 11 has been second to none. Absolute 5 star service given from start to finish. Totally & absolutely cannot recommend Code 11 enough. Thank you.

We asked Sam to sell our caravan for us, and withing less than a week from dropping it off, he had. We got straight talking and advice about pricing our caravan, in the current market, which Sam was spot on with. I would not hesitate to recommend Code 11, to all my friends and family. This company diddnt help me out, fixed a leak in my wardrobe 2nd time round, Went away for it to leak more, and now we have mould in the wardrobe. wont be using them again
