We regret that you have reason to complain about the order you did at our shop.

We have checked it an find out, that the order you made on the 22/08/24 has been dispatched at the 22/08/26 with DHL. We tracked the parcel and saw, that it has been delivered to Mr. or Mrs. M. Dixon on the 22/09/01 at 11:50 by Parcel Force.

If you have not got it, please contact us at info@compass24.com. We will than asked Parcel Force for a proof of delivery.

I have emailed Compass 24 on 3…

Since making my original review Compass24 contacted myself. They apologised for the late replies but they were dealing with DHL & trying to rectify the problem before giving me any answers. The fault was due to DHL/import paper work. Thank you to Jorg @ Compass24 who corrected the problem and helped with the delivery of my items.
**I have emailed Compass 24 on 3 occasions. The first was through their contact form, the other times was to various email addresses given to me by a lady at customer service who told me in her very good English that she couldn’t help me as she doesn’t speak English! Tried calling again by my daughter who speaks very good German, but no one answered the telephone. Still have not received answers to my emails after a week!

Inflatable Boat Dolly

Except for some early email communication disruption I am hugely impressed with Compass24 and their service. The product is totally as expected and is already in use and achieving the benefits to us that we had hoped.

Dreadful

Dreadful - very misleading.
Seem to be taking money and holding onto it for as long as possible ( 15 days) perhaps in order to finance the company.
This company maintain a website that appears to supply from the UK.
It is not in the UK.

Dreadful experience.

I should have read the reviews

I should have read the reviews! I thought it was strange how they could beat all other retailers on price, anyway everthing I ordered came and all was good, .... until a week later when I was sent the customers import tax invoice! This should be clearly explained!

No issues at all..

Purchased an origo type spirit stove from this company, and had no problems at all. Ordered on the 18th and delivered on the 24th. No other charges incurred. Did worry as read reviews after I made the purchase, but I had no trouble at all. I will have no concern to use Compass24 again. Stove is great and came with instructions etc in English. No issues at all.

Product incorrect but excellent service

I ordered new fender baskets from the website and from the pictures they looked more substantial than those usually available which I wanted. However, upon delivery they were much lighter and the size was not correct. But I have to compliment Compass24 on their customer service. Free return service to Germany from the UK was a definite bonus and my refund was in my account once they had arrived back with the company. I would use them again, but possibly get some more product information first.

Placed my order June 13th. Still no details of delivery on 17th and no reply to 2 e mails asking.

Placed my order June 13th. No delivery details/times on the website or on the receipt. No delivery details still by 16th. E mailed the customer services on 16th asking fir delivery details as the order is important and needed quite quickly. No answer. E mailed again 17th. Again still no delivery details have been sent to me. I have ordered and paid for my order. I expect better service than this.

Tracking…

Didn’t appear to be any tracking facilities for the order .
Would like the option to purchase a larger size (gallon) of the product.
Shipping cost to the UK made the product much more expensive

NOT GOT ANY BETTER..

I ordered a WInchrite on 19 May. They sent it via DHL on 24 May, (not too bad).. But DHL lost the parcel.
DHL have now admitted to losing the parcel, but contacting any real people in Compass is a nightmare.
The available telephone number is incomplete. ! But I think +49 2593915239 works..
I have been advised that using the compass24.de email might be better, and at least this has now got me a standard automated reply, so I now know they have received my emails.
I also wish I had read these reviews earlier!

Shame on me for not checking the reviews…

I stupidly did not check the reviews before I ordered.
They offered a discount coupon which never arrived.
They replaced the coupon with a promise of free shipping to be reimbursed after payment.
…of course it never happened.
Poor communication and no reliability.

Absolutely shambles

Absolutely shambles! The full order online is in English, on the order it says you can call a phone number if you have any issues. You call a German number and even though they sell to the UK as a UK retailer, no one speaks English and they can't help you. Then I was lumbered with £47 tax before DHL can deliver, something they do not tell you as you think by the website that Compass24 has a shop in the UK! Outrageous! Do not order if outside Germany! They might be good in Germany but they should be forthright and advise you of all the above when you order and before you pay.
On top of that it took over 2 weeks for delivery and the instructions are also in German. This product ( speed log) is actually a British made product and the English instructions included with the item if they know it is sent to the UK.

Better than expected

I was worried when I read bad reviews on here only after I ordered a set of boat launching wheels but my worries were unfounded. I paid by Paypal and the wheels were delivered by DHL 8 days later. I had tracking email links and no additional charges. I knocked 1 star off for a few niggles. I couldn't see from the web site where the order was comming from. There was no delivery estimate and the email I sent was unanswered. The packaging was poor
and I think I was lucky to receive an undamaged item and the design of the wheels had a couple of issues but nothing that couldn't be fixed. BUT overall I am very pleased with my purchase and Compass 24.

Dreadful

Dreadful. Ordered a table and chair, shown in stock, contacted the company for a delivery schedule and was forwarded a DHL delivery of awaiting collection. It never happened. Several Emails sent requesting a refund which was eventually honoured. Would not use again. Hence 1 star

Not delivered - no customer service

Ordered a pet carrier over a month ago, total of £85, I never got the product delivered, never got a reply from emails, and the telephone which they send in the email is a German number and they don't speak English. Worst sompany and customer service ever! I want my money back!

OUTRAGEOUS COMPANY

OUTRAGEOUS COMPANY. ORDERED A TOILET AND I WAS FORCED TO PAY £55 CUSTOMS CLEARANCE. THERE WAS NO MENTION OF THIS. THEY HAVE BROKEN A LEGALLY BINDING PURCHASE AGREEMENT. THE COMPANY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN AND NOT ALLOWED TO SELL IN UK. I WILL TAKE THIS FURTHER.

Positive experience

I placed an order on 20th July for 2 knives and 2 cockpit seats. I received an email on 26/7 that 2 items had been dispatched and indeed arrived on 30/7. I already noticed that my seats would not be in stock until the end of July and received an email on 4/8 of dispatch to DHL and the seats arrived on 6/8. I was a bit worried as I only checked the reviews after I ordered, but in my case my experience was a positive one and I am very happy with my purchases.
