I have been a client for several years and, until recently, I was very satisfied with the service. Unfortunately, my opinion changed last week after I submitted a case on 11 May requesting an amendment to my policy.
Despite my clear request to postpone the start date of the renewed coverage to August and to downgrade my policy from Gold to the more affordable Silver coverage, my credit card was still charged on 16/05 for the renewal of the existing policy.
This situation is extremely disappointing and unacceptable. I explicitly requested both a change to the coverage start date and a lower level of coverage before the renewal was processed, yet these instructions were completely ignored.

I used Cover4Rentals when hiring a car…
I used Cover4Rentals when hiring a car in Switzerland. Unfortunately I had a small bump with another car and was charged the excess by the car hire company. I have never had to make an insurance claim before so this was daunting but Cover4Rentals were very easy to communicate with and made the whole process stress free. My claim was settled quickly and I received my payment within a few days of the claim being settled. I would highly Cover4Rentals to anyone hiring a car abroad.
