I was nervous of taking out the insurance when every time you hire a car they push you to take their own insurance package out. Having had the insurance package for nearly a year when I needed it it paid out straight away without any hassles. I am now converted that this is the best option for insuring yourself when you're hiring cars abroad.

Website great, payment a problem…
I'm currently abroad for a couple of weeks and hired a car for my return. Everything was peachy with the website. The problem arose trying to pay from abroad with either my UK debit or credit card. Nothing would make them work and had to get a relation in the UK to pay for me.
