I had never worked for an agency before, and was always cautious in doing this due to employment security issues but came to realise a lot of local authorities now hire only through agency for external applicants.

Therefore, I started doing my research into various agencies specialising in the public and private sector employment and came across the CRA Group. After doing my research into them, I was only receiving positive feedback so I put in an application and I was not disappointed.

Throughout the start process, everyone I spoke with within the agency was very helpful and professional and made the process very straight forward.

I was then allocated to a Compliance Officer - Kseniia - who has then continued to assist me throughout my employment. I cannot praise Kseniia enough - she has provided me a huge amount of support throughout, she has always answered any questions I’ve had and has done this basically instantly. She has given me an untold amount of reassurance, and has always given excellent professional advice.

I have spoken with other employees who have used the CRA Group historically and they have advised the same. I would 100% recommend the CRA Group to anyone looking for employment within the public and private sector, and I cannot rate them enough.

I also cannot rate Kseniia enough. She is a real credit to the organisation, and I hope her amazing work does not go un-noticed and is recognised. Thank you CRA Group and a HUGE thank you to Kseniia. CRA Group are excellent, really thorough and professional. I was contacted by Kseniia to run through, the what seems like endless compliance, when taking a short contract, but she guided me through everything and with no issues, everything was sorted out super quickly, best compliance manager ever! So efficient.
Ria also did a wonderful job, on my behalf, and kept me updated throughout the whole process, and even sent me a lovely ‘good luck’ text just before my interview.

I have been a contractor for many years now. And worked for well known brands in contracting and agency work. I haven't come across anything like the service I was provided with at CRA Group, in terms of the people I liaised with during all the stages of recruitment process ( Logan and Louise mainly).
