Beautiful things for the home got a really lovely lampshade, the original one was out of stock so got a phone call to discuss a replacement this is as perfect as the original one so very pleased. The only problem with Cream Cornwall is deciding what to buy as everything is gorgeous and it's nice finding a shop that sells things that's not everywhere else.

Ordered four coasters, two arrived damaged. From the packaging I could tell they were shipped damaged, it wasn't damage done in transit. Sent an email and got no response. Sent a Facebook message and then got them replaced.

The order arrived quickly was packaged extremely well . It was just like Christmas as everything was wrapped in beautiful tissue paper printed in the lovely designs you offer. The bone China items I ordered did not disappoint lovely seahorse design great quality and gorgeous colours. Will definitely be ordering again and love it that's it's from Cornwall my favourite place. Thankyou for your fabulous products!

I love Cream Cornwall's nautical designs and was very pleased with my Octopus cushion - I have some of the bone China, and it's just gorgeous.

The positive points are that the products were of good quality and they arrived in good time. Unfortunately two were a different size than listed on the website. When I called, the company seemed aware of the fact that the website was well out of date as they were in the process of an upgrade, which I understand is now complete. The other positive was that they were very friendly and helpful on the phone. I would buy from them again but call to check on sizes before pushing the button.
