I'm glad the safety features are in place. Yet sometimes you just need to use the safety features that are in place and not give a hard time. Even though I've got the answers. You seen to go to the extream.

Don't waste your time

I had an issue where I was returning an item to amazon, which was letting me do a choose your item replacement, and I would pay the difference. Amazon attempted to use my credit one bank card, which had the money on it, however they denied the transaction. Later that evening at 11pm, I got an email that my account was closed. I attempted to contact them and dispute this issue, however they refused to reopen the account. Only had them for a month and a half. I say good riddance, ill make my monthly payments till its done and stick with better customer friendly card options.

Lost Credit Card

I lost my CC and immediately called Credit-One for a replacement. They took action, canceled the card, and sent out a new one. I received the new card in about 4 days. I'm very happy with the speedy service received from Credit-One.

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GET THIS SORRY CARD

This card and account has been nothing but terrible for me! Customer service is NO HELP! I wouldn't recommend this card to a dead person, it constantly locks on you and they tell you it's a security system and they can not do anything about it! It seems this card only has a security alert right after I pay my balance! Terrible card and TERRIBLE customer service!!! believe me when I say DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!! If I could leave negative stars I would leave them a trillion negative stars! This card is the worst of worst seriously

Bad experience

Bad very bad I’ve a extra charge in my first purchase by $155, I bought gas at a Valero station for 20 dollars on April 9 and now the charge is for 175 dollars.
