Very disappointed. I have messaged Crystalised Essex a couple of times on Instagram to arrange the canvas which I ordered through the website and paid for. This canvas was for my sister who’s cat has passed away and this was supposed to be a special gift for her. I am deeply disappointed that the seller who could have at least messaged me to say they were busy or what the turn around time would be but they have simply chose to ignore me. The only time they replied was before I placed the order giving me their pricing. They no longer deserve my business if they can’t have the decency to let me know when the order will be processed, I’m not expecting it to be done right away but some communication could have been nice - even if it took a few weeks to make! They have been active on their Instagram so clearly are ignoring me.

I have just recieved a memorial canvas and it is just beautiful. Amazing customer service from Danielle and really high quality products. I am so pleased how my canvas turned out - I love it. Would highly recommend this business.

I ordered a diamon encrusted canvas and I was quite nervous about receiving it and how it would look. I need not have worried, its absolutely beautiful and takes pride of place in my frontroom. It always gets comments and remarks and the sparkle is out of this world. Very professional and high standard

Shocking service! I ordered and paid for a pair of swarovski trainers for my wedding.  When payment was initially made I expected to receive an email that my order was received and an indication of when they would be shipped.  I ordered the trainers 8 weeks in advance of my wedding so I didn't expect there to be a problem.  Three weeks went by and I heard nothing, I sent the owner 5 messages across all of her platforms and she still didn't respond to me. A couple of weeks later she eventually replied and she assured me that the trainers would be delivered on time for my wedding.  Three weeks to the big day and still nothing, I contacted her again, it took her a week or so to respond, she said she had huge trouble sourcing my trainers in my size, even if this was the case she could have told me this weeks ago, not 6 weeks after first order but frankly I don't believe her.  My wedding came and went with no trainers. I eventually received them 4 weeks after my wedding.  If she kept me in the loop with regular communication I could have understood to a degree but she told me that she didn't want me to worry so that is why she never said anything to me.  Absolutely not acceptable, I paid over €100.00 for these trainers and what's even worse is that she won't issue me a refund because they are custom. So unprofessional and I would 100% not recommend to others.

This is the whole reason I order from this lady, every canvas I have now received have been absolutely amazing no fault at all, whatever you want she try’s to do it exactly how you want it💖

Ordered a Family canvas for my new decorated bedroom. Didn’t know if I wanted colour or black and white but Crystalised Essex provided proofs of both. Received my canvas today and couldn’t be happier. It is absolutely gorgeous. Worth every single penny. ❤️

I ordered a pair of the crystallised air force 1s and absolutely loved them when they came! I love that the gems were put just on the outer part of the shoe! Will definitely be coming back to order Birthday and Christmas gifts. Delivery was fast and I was kept up to date with my order which was so lovely I didn't have to chase asking where my product was.

Absolutely stunning piece of artwork. Ordered canvas for my elderly parents Diamond Wedding Anniversary and the finished product was so beautiful, they were over the moon! Danielle went above and beyond to get this completed and hand delivered (even with my changes to the original, and at such short notice). Worth every penny, and will definitely be using again!

I have ordered 3 canvas’ off of crystalised Essex. Once ordered you receive a photo of your product before printing which is great in case you want to make any changes. Great service , lovely product ! Love the sparkle canvas, adds that extra wow factor ! Would highly recommend ! :)
