I was a little apprehensive to have the windows fitted as I work from home so unsure how much disruption there would be!
Andy and Tony were excellent from start to finish. Very friendly, super speedy and conscientious and kept me up to date with which rooms were being done when.
Very tidy, left no mess at all!

I have had 12 new windows, two doors and a set of patio doors fitted. They were excellent from my first phone call to arrange a quote right through until completion of the job. Their workmanship is excellent and I can’t fault the two fitters Andy and Tony who were great throughout.

Fantastic service by CTG, fully advised during the complete process and even installed on an earlier date. Mark the installer was very professional and installed a great product. Well done.

Very pleased with the new composite door fitted carefully by Mark Yardley. He took great care not to damage the lime pointing and cleared up after the work. The door is ideal and matches my old timber door style. I was very anxious about the installation, but no need. I recommend this company and installer

Rodda and Hocking gave me great service. Not so much the head office of CTG windows.
The local branch manager (Dan), fitters (Casey, Ian and Rob) were SO helpful, empathetic and polite. Really nice guys. The local office ladies (Diane) were super too, and put up with my neurotic phonecalls.
The install of my french doors and window went very well. Very quick and neatly done.
Would have given 5 stars if it weren't for the confusion caused by the head office and, in particular, Chloe, who thought she was too important to take my calls!! She needs to go on a customer care training course!

Had new French Doors from CTG installed today and really pleased. Mark turned up on time and did brilliant job with installation, pleasant and polite, really good job.

Alan and Tony took great care installing my door and windows, job no. DF21371. Can't speak highly enough of CTG, Alan and Tony, I have a old Edwardian house and they were very skilled at making the installation fit the period of the house. Very clean and tidy with a first class finish. Throughly recommended CTG, thank you.

Disgustingly immoral company. Refused to honour warrantee which our lawyer was assured by the company themselves was a 10 year warrantee on the property itself rather than a named owner or developer. The work was shoddily and unprofessionally done with double doors that weren’t even fixed properly into the structure of the house so within 3 years they are bowing and generally very unstable. Customer service has been non existent - we’ve been promised call backs over and again for over a month and chased them repeatedly for someone to be sent to inspect, find many many faults in the installation and then subsequently they’ve decided they will not honour the warrantee. When asked for complaints procedure they illegally withheld the information. Avoid like the plague!

Andy and Tony done a fantastic job of fitting my windows. All looking neat and tidy around the edges both inside and out. I would highly recommend these guys. Very satisfied.

I tried to book a repair man and was told they would get back to me. 1 week later and numerous phone calls, most of which I had to leave a message for and the call was never returned, I have still not managed to speak to the right person!

Careful and efficient installation by Andy and Tony.
The windows installed have lifted the appearance of the cottage and already noticing the difference in noise reduction.
Cleared up after themselves and worked well as a team.

CTG windows in Hayle, Cornwall. From my first enquiry to the windows being fitted it was all as good an experience as you would hope for. Really nice chaps that did the fitting. Prices are more than competitive!
So it’s a 10/10 all round from us

Very good service from start to finish. The initial sales person was very helpful (without being pushy). The product was of good quality and we particularly love the front door. The door installation team were very good, despite it not being a straightforward job and made sure we were happy with everything. We had a few issues with the windows, but our calls to report these were treated with efficiency and courtesy, and the issues were quickly resolved leaving us feeling confident that the after sales service would be there if we need it in the future. Thank you to all the team.
