The website was informative and told me everything I needed to know. I was happy that they sold small double beds as these are harder to find. I ordered samples and although they were quite scrappy in the way they were presented, they did give me a clear idea of the material.

The bed is really lovely and easy to assemble apart from some hooks that join the two parts of the base together. These didn’t work so well.

The communication about delivery was poor. We were given 24 hours notice before the bed was coming and then it arrived 5 hours after the scheduled time.

However, the bed is great and now it’s here, that’s what matters. The price was also great.

Fantastic service from Cuddly beds. Ordered on Saturday gone and delivered today (Thursday). Great communication from customer service who managed to get my bed delivered to me while I was off and the great communication from the delivery driver who rang before delivery to advise us of the time he would be here. The bed it's self is gorgeous and well made. Will recommend to friends and family

Great product as advertised. Had to chase for a delivery date, but other than that all good.

The bed is really flimsy the base has not been made with a extra support which I thought I had ordered

Didn’t take long to be delivered

Not the best quality fabric and poor fitting service but the company got in touch quickly, they were very helpful and refunded fitting service.

Online chat was really helpful and had samples sent to me in the post. Delivered very quickly and easy to assemble. Customer support (Jay in particular) were extremely helpful when we had a query! Very happy with the look and quality of the bed.

The delivery guys were friendly and polite.they took my bed upstairs they came early . The bed is good quality for the price. I would recommend to anyone.

Bed is lovely, really easy to put together and great quality. Really happy with the purchase. Only reason I marked 4 star instead of 5 is that communications on delivery was poor.

Quick delivery. The divan base is in and headboard is in a lovely material. The headboard is heavy and screws in sturdy. The divan base has 2 draws. Definitely recommend.

The bed is great (divan wingback). Good quality, easy assembly and well packaged. There were delays in delivery due to an unreliable courier (we live quite remote) which is the only reason i didnt give 5 stars.

Head board very sturdy and great quality wall mount kit not so great for bigger head boards it is 18inch long and although it can take the head board weight as only one is supplied the headboard becomes very wobbly on just the one bracket thankfully sticking foam behind the head board seems to have stopped the wobble but we have now ordered a second kit as we had a superking size headboard to hopefully make it stay on the wall without the wobble. Delivery also not so great didn’t get a email just a text 12 hrs before to say it would be delivered next day on the day the driver did ring but was confused over addresses and was in a different city a hour away when he first rang us saying he was on our street he also didn’t know our house number as only our postcode was written on the headboard. In all would I buy again yes I would as although delivery could be improved the quality is great and customer service was good. Would I buy wall mount kit, no not unless I was buying a small headboard.
