I had such a wonderful experience trying on wedding bands with Olivia. She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process feel easy and enjoyable. From the moment we started chatting, she really listened to what I was looking for and understood my style straight away. She carefully selected bands that matched exactly what I had in mind, which helped narrow down my choices and made the decision process so much easier.

We had an awesome experience with the consultation. Elizabeth was extremely welcoming and comforting and very knowledgeable as well! Walked in with no expectations and she was able to provide in depth explanations with sizing, shape, grading and more. It’s a great experience and we got to learn heaps about personal preference and what to look out for, all in 45 minutes.

We recently visited the Adelaide showroom and had a wonderful experience with Lydia. She was incredibly attentive and took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for. Lydia made it very easy to visualise all the different options, from band width to diamond setting, and guided us through every detail with patience and expertise. I recently had an engagement ring appointment with Bella and had the absolute best experience! It was my first time looking at engagement rings, and she made the process so fun. She helped me narrow down what I liked and was so helpful with explaining the endless customization options they have. Their new location in Austin is absolutely beautiful, and I loved being able to try on so many different styles in person. Couldn't be happier with my experience and can't wait to come back, highly recommend!

We had a very pleasant visit in Cullen's London office, William was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, they had plenty of styles to try on, discuss customisations for etc, and all very reasonably priced. Would 100% recommend!

Had a lovely experience at Cullen Jewellery with William. He made my partner and I feel very comfortable and welcomed. William walked us through many different engagement rings with a variety of settings, and explained the most important things to look out for. They were all so beautiful! Had a great time. It was very helpful to see so many ring styles in person, and William was lovely.

It was easy to book an appointment online but the earliest one was a month away; just something to keep in mind. Highly recommend booking at appointment with Cullen Jewellery to figure out your engagement ring style!
