Cupid media id 100% a continuing…

Cupid media id 100% a continuing criminal enterprise. This means that the people at the top could be facing life sentences. I am going to the FBI Monday morning.
These people lure you in with a woman who just seem average or above average. The con is, they never go live. You cannot chat live with anyone! They just text and text, never coming into the sunshine. Probably Men! They will be sorry they did not refund my money. Big civil lawsuit coming, if I can find a lawyer who is capable.

I am a transsexual woman

I am a transsexual woman, meaning I had sex reassignment surgery and my passport reflects this by stating I am female. Someone at cupid media changed my gender marker to male. The only way to change the gender marker was to get verified by submitting a photo of my passport which I did. They verified my profile but left the gender marker still as male and refused to change it

BEWARE THIS SITE NEEDS TO BE PLACED…

BEWARE THIS SITE NEEDS TO BE PLACED UNDER A FEDERAL INVESTIGATION.

It is full of scammers from fake profiles, criminals, pimps and prostitution. If such was not true you will have over 50% people are locked and paid and subscribers, validated with abundance of success stories. Be very alert this site is not run by professional, and it does not look after anyone safety, welfare and well-being. Photos of people are stolen and displayed to entice you in to get you to pay and if you report anything illegal and unethical, you will not get your money back. If such site standby such people first and morals, you will not have so many negative reviews.

I tested out the site for one week to study the people, profiles, etc. and went to pay for 3 month of monitoring events and activities they accepted my payment and immediately transfer my photo images and profile over to their partner site call Dating.com and tried to charge me another $90.00 for a subscription they claimed to be free for a month which was not true.

Immediately after such I started seeing other dating sites tied in and did the same and I started getting a flood of emails from another site that I was not interested in or did not ask for to be considered.

My account was temporary suspended claiming talking about fraud with another LatinCupid.com site a site that I never been on or participate in. I later looked up information on CupidMedia.com and found too many stories equal the same and validated my experience.

You have to test these sites and once you submit your photos, they can use them as they please to market the site to get people into it to make money off your property.

VERY HIGH RISK, I know everyone that is single out there is looking and waiting for that wonderful connection. This is not the place for it because you are not protected, and they are only interested in you submitting that credit card with an opportunity to claim that you were not frauded against to keep your money.

I have all documented PROOF to support anything that I have written and posted here.

I'm so mad that i have been scammed by Cupid

I'm so mad that i have been scammed by BlackCupid and ChristianCupid. Here's a more in-depth

I recently signed up for a membership on BlackCupid and ChristianCupid using my Pyypl card. After I paid, my account was blocked. I contacted customer service, and they activated my account and said they would refund my money after 15 days and for now they tell me to pay as new from my card again.and I asked them if I could continue using the program while I waited for the refund, and they said yes. So I paid again for two apps (now I've paid three payments in total). However, within 20 minutes, my account was blocked again. I contacted customer service again, and they said they would not refund my money because I had used the program. This is clearly a scam. I only used the program for a few minutes before my account was blocked again. I demand a full refund immediately!

This is unacceptable behavior from BlackCupid and ChristianCupid. They have stolen my money and refused to provide me with the services that I paid for. I am extremely disappointed and angry. I urge everyone to avoid doing business with these companies.

I willl fill a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the Federal Trade Commission and App detections. I will also be contacting my credit card company to dispute the charges. I will not rest until I get my money back.

Cupid Media Do Not Care About Scammers

The ongoing frustration with the site asiandating.com is they do not take scammers seriously.
The site is a big fan of scammers in Ghana and Nigeria due to the fact it is free to join and dead easy to start a profile.
I must report around 30 a day at least and all you get is the same generic emails asking for more proof.
More proof? are you insane?? Mary a western looking woman with one generic photo stating she lives in Mongolia is obviously fake.
I also worked out after years on the site that profiles that have the weird wording:
Keine Antwort
Sem Resposta
Khong Tra Loi
Pas de reponse
Sin respuesta
In the profile section are always fake.

The emails I receive from staff always state "we are trying to find new ways to eliminate scammers" but it has now been 3 years and if anything it is getting worse. They (Cupid Media) simply do not care and are part of the reason in Australia alone we lose over $30mil a year to romance scams.

If it is not Nigeria or Ghana it is Hong Kong based crypto scammers.

Scam Site!

If you are a real person, don't go uploading your pictures and personal information on any of the Cupid Media sites or sister organisations they prompt you to join while on your page or being advertised on your page.
They will seize your pictures and shut you out!
There are little boys in cafes and fraud-business offices that open for dirty business - use these seized profiles and information to deceive men and women and defraud them in the end.
There sister sites like travelmates & datemyage etc have bots that speak to you non-stop while they prompt you to buy their subscriptions. Why cheat people, Why scam people, Why not grow your site in a decent and organic way then prompt people to pay.
I pity the enormous number of desperate men and women being conned and deceived on such sites that keep increasing in numbers as world economies sting harder and people are desperate to make money by hook or crook- they must have figured if big tech are gaming people and stealing from them and making money off them without them knowing, why don't we too?
It's not only sad and pathetic, it's killing - they are killing innocent people by the day but don't even know it, really sad

Zero ethics, avoid

Tried online dating 3 years ago. Closed all accounts. Married 2 years ago then today I get “confirmation” that I have signed up for Afro American dating. Reader, I can assure you I did not sign up for this ever. One wife is all I will ever need
Conclusion
Data mining from old lists, ignoring opt-out
Failure to follow process inventing opt-In
Scared to click on unsubscribe button in case I catch something

This site is total scam

This site is mostly a scam.
As an unpaid member you will receive 20+ messages a day.
Become a paid member and those messages will drop to maybe 1 a day and the person messaging you is usually trying to get money out of you.
This company runs their own bots to get you to sign up.

Well there are genuine woman - Support sucks

Well there are genuine woman, and many from Bling Empire or Crazy Rich Asians.
Here is the problem my subscription is set to automatically renew via Google which it did bang on the date, but Cupid blocked me on the site although the subscription was paid, wrote to support, and they replied, need the 17 digit google number, which I send immediately along with bank payment records , now 7 hours later no reply to my many emails, and account still blocked, what they are doing must be to steal two or 3 days from you
That they can not find the payment, not my problems it is theirs.

Problem solved by support.

I’ve been member in recent hours and it’s a complete SCAM …

I’ve been member in recent hours and rapidly found out that they want you to become member (fair enough) and then u can actually chat with probably 99% of chat bots (easy these days with AI) to use your credits as soon as possible. So within 20 min after signing up u get pop ups to tell you to increase your credits for another minimum of 22 $.. that lasted even less than 20min.
So MY ADVICE: STAY AWAY from this biggest scam ever.
The positive reviews are scams as well, cheers

Company is running a scam stealing personal information. Stay away.

Cupid Media Pty is the parent company based in Australia that owns many fake and scam "dating" sites. Their site is filled with fake profiles, and pictures stolen from legitimate users. And they will steal your information and pictures and use them to create fake profiles and target unsuspecting users. They got me with their scam.

Late one night I created an account, filled my profile with the basic questionnaire they were asking (age, weight, height, education, etc), upload a picture showing only my head/face, verified my email, and just logged off and went to bed. That's it; I didn't do anything else. The next morning I kept getting email notifications (5-10 total) from their website of supposedly "users" who had "sent" me "messages" (sure...). Fast forward another 12 hours. I tried to log back in for the first time since the time I had created my account. To my dismay, I was greeted with the message: "Account suspended".

...wait what?!! Suspended?

The "account suspended" window was demanding a picture of drivers license or passport(!!!) to verify that I am not a fake account.

Fine. I bit my tongue and just uploaded a picture of my drivers license after redacting sensitive information to show that, yes, I'm real and that is my account and yes, that is my picture, and yes I do live in the stated city. The window displayed a message saying that they'll "review" and get back to me within 48 hours. 48 hours... just to look at a picture. I waited 48 hours during the work week. Nothing happened. I tried to log back in after 48 hours and was greeted with "account permanently terminated".

They are thieves and crooks using various sites to steal users' personal information.

Unprofessional Erratic Admins! Avoid!

I was a Cupid Media customer for over 15 years, genuinely met and conversed with beautiful women until a feminist admin took on board a complaint against my language. No warning! Just revoked my profile. No refund either paid over £300 *; the last 10 days to this company. Absolute fraud! AVOID!

Use your brain

There are some real women on Latin American Cupid and some of them are legitimate and decent. There are also lots of fakes or scammers and a serious amount of bots.
As others have said lots of enticement to get you to sign up and pay for a membership.
If you use the head on top of your shoulders and have a bit of reasoning potential you can sort through the fakes and the scammers for the most part as they are pretty easy to spot.
Being serious if you can't afford to spend100 bucks or so for 3 months membership then you should not bother with sites like this. Yeah you may loose your small bit of money but you will gain a valuable learning experience in the process and you just might meet someone you never know.
Plus once you figure out the fakes and the scammers and their modes of operation ( they all pretty much play from the same book)! It's a hilarious blast to out them and watch them loose thier minds or just simply switch off their profile lol.

BEWARE Fake messages

When you sign up for a free account you will receive a lot of messages which you can’t read until you upgrade and pay. But then you will realize that the messages were fake. The messages are sent to entice you to pay.

Scammers paradise-avoid it

1) Cupid media is at minimum supporting scammers and literally doing nothing to check, control and minimize the number of scammers and gold diggers on their side.
They even don't follow their own security hints as rules.
I have filed complaints about various members that try to lurk me to line, e-mail and whatsapp to have uncontrolled conversations.
And I have filed complaints about members who offended me.
Cupid replies they want more evidence although THEY are the owner of THEIR system and should able to filter messages for words that are readable but not exact like the to-be-filtered words.
I gave them enough hints what to filter for.
This is really outrageous and show how little they "care" for protecting paying members like me.

2) They are very unprofessional in programming.
E.g. the "sort"-functions in Activity are not working as being named.
Support is lazy beyond believe.
