0 STARS REALLY.....This company is HORRIBLE. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from them. Shipping a month plus wait, products are all 3 sizes smaller(nothing was true to size), waiting for a response via email about a refund/ how to ship back is a joke on you/me.

If I could give a zero review I would. I ordered an XL and received a 3XL. It’s $30 wasted because their return policy is ridiculous! I ordered the bra on Sep. 29th and just received it today on Oct. 20th! I had high hopes, but this is why I hate shopping online!!

I am so pleasantly surprised by everything about this bra, I couldn't be happier with this purchase! Bra is so soft & holds up the girls so nicely! for ref i am 34ddd/36dd & i ordered a 40d. I was a little worried bc after i ordered I read all the bad reviews & just took it as a loss, but once i got the shop app I was able to see shipping info, it took almost a month to get to me, but worth the wait. ive washed it & hung dry, it's holding up & seems to me to be made really well, it feels so much nicer than any other bra i have & looks just as good. the pads don't move around like some of the reviews say. i like it!

Shipping took almost a month, sizing chart was inaccurate, and now I have 3 of 4 bras that don't fit. I sent an email request to return my order, did not hear back for almost a week. My options are to get $20 back (not even the cost of one bra) or pay for shipping (which the seller does not encourage or recommend).

Plenty of other sites US based sites to choose from. Avoid this one at all costs!

Looked at size chart. Ordered L. Took weeks to arrive. Looked more like a training bra. Nothing like it was advertised. I emailed customer support to inquire about return/refund. No response for weeks. Then I get this email: Dear customer, we are sorry that our product did not meet your expectations, but we did pay the product cost and you have received the product, so we cannot give you a full refund. After negotiation, Option 1: We are willing to pay you $6 in compensation. Option 2: If you really want a full refund, you need to send the product back to us and the postage will be borne by you. Shipping to China is very expensive. I paid $31 for the bra. I’m donating it to a community rummage sale. They need to remove their advertising with all the happy customers. They must be AI generated.

Bra did not fit and refund was not offered unless I paid shipping to return to china.

I was a fool. I should have read this site first. I ordered 2x according to the size chart. What they sent would not fit a Barbie doll. Crap. You cannot return or exchange. Mine came from NEW JERSEY and the sent a return address in. CHINA! What? They say “Either only receive a $10 “refund” or mail it to China. “Tell me what you choose,” they say.

I bought two bras off a Facebook ad. They took weeks to be delivered. They were way smaller than described and poorly constructed. I emailed customer service. Days went by before I got a response. They offered $10 back if I wanted to keep the bras. I would have to pay shipping if I returned them for a full refund. Shipping to China was more than the cost of the bras. I explained that to them in an email but never heard from them again. Never even got the $10. So I’m out the $40 and have a worthless product.

Beware, this company is a SCAM! So upset. Ordered after being targeted with an add on instagram. Never received it or any responses from the company.

They have sent me a bra I ordered in the wrong size, their return policy is a joke with shipping back to China (what about US founded company??). Cheapest option is 75€ for a product worth 20€.

0 stars. I received a completely different product than I ordered and they won't reimburse me or send me the replacement. They keep saying "we are sorry you are not satisfied" and that I have to pay to return it to China which would like cost as much as the product. Receiving the wrong product should not be on me. I have emailed 5 times so far, and still no reimbursement.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Customer service is mostly non existent, the quality of the product is poor and the sizing isn’t even close to correct. And with technology today I would atleast expect a response without being blamed for not liking the product. Terrible product, do NOT recommend.

The sizing is a joke and the company is a scam. I emailed to request return information and got the runaround to provide feedback. And then silence. The company is a sham. Do not purchase from them.

This is literally the worst bra I’ve ever bought. I thought the pads were sewn in based on the description but instead each time it’s washed the pads twist and fold and it is nearly impossible to get them placed in correctly again since the opening for them is so small.

Horrible. I totally feel scammed. I didn’t receive anything like described and the company won’t respond. Do not give them your money. Fake products! Horrible quality.

ZERO STARS! Do not do business with this fraudulent company! Online refund policy states you can return within 30 days and they don’t stand behind it. Sizing is off. Company is based in China which I didn’t know when I ordered mine. I’m out of luck but maybe I can save someone else some money by staying far, far away from Curvevera and Oonoono (or however that’s spelled).

It took more than a month to arrive and when it did, it had different name on the package. Honor Hatch (which was untraceable on the internet) The bra is not made well and was not comfortable.
