The product that I ordered doesn’t really have any etching in it, you can see some details but you have to really look at it to figure out what it was. Very disappointed

My cat passed away almost 2 years ago. I came across an ad for these custom pet gifts and thought I’d give it a try. I received my key chain yesterday and it brought me to tears! It’s so beautiful and far exceeded my expectations! Now I can carry my baby with my where ever I go! I’m forever grateful!!

I have also had experience with another company (prior to me finding Custom Pet Gifts). It took months before I received my order and then, the finished product was very poor.

The quality of the product is outstanding! It looks just like the picture I sent. I was slightly disappointed in the time it took to ship, but it was well worth the wait. Their customer service is quick to respond and very apologetic. Knowing now that they are a small business, I think they are doing a great job!

I got the ornament for my boyfriends family it is the cutest thing ever! Is it of good quality and heavy so it won’t fall off the tree.

If I could give a 10 star I would! I can't even lie, I was worried my Keychain was going to look nothing like my dog and my friends dog. When I say they look exactly like the pictures I sent them. They nailed the product to a T even down to the what the heck look on my friends dog! Truly made us cry because they were so good! I am amazed by their products and will be ordering more!
