Excellent customer care
Ordered for a hard wire kit for dashcam, received only wires, got it with out fuse plugs and pin, but they had responded quickly to my complaint and was ready to send those fuse plugs and pin for free of cost

*Disappointing Experience - Received Used Item Instead of New*
I'm extremely disappointed with my recent purchase from dascameras.in, Despite ordering a brand new 70mai A810, I was shocked to receive a used item instead.
The packaging was ok but when I open the item showed clear signs of wear and tear. As a customer, it's unacceptable to receive a used item when you've paid for a new one.
The seller's lack of transparency and accountability is alarming. I've tried to contact them, but the response has been unsatisfactory.
