I have both versions. I love both. The 2.0 is more cushioned. I had read people say they ran small. I had ordered. I contacted them and they intercepted my order and sized up. Very happy with my experience.

This was actually my 2nd order from DeFlorance. The website was easy to use and my shoes came quickly on both orders.
I LOVE the shoes! These are the most comfortable walking shoes I've ever had! I thought that blisters and uncomfortable toes were normal until you break the shoes in. From the 1st time I put them on, they have been comfortable with a great footbed!

Delivery was quick and efficient. I appreciated being updated on the timeline of when I would receive my shoes. The shoes were wrapped nicely and are so comfortable!! I have worn them for my long 12 hour shifts and for the first time my feet don’t hurt halfway through my shift!

I don’t write reviews unless I’m asked this is utterly ridiculous.
I purchased a pair of sneakers. I requested to return them they are not what I expected. Not true to size. I have received several advertisements emails no return authorization. I received and email from two different customer service rep. I have replied to all emails. It should not take this long to receive a response.

Order the 1.0 in early summer and recently ordered 2 pairs of 2.0. Love them both. Actually had someone at work ask me if they were DeFlorence shoes - she said she saw them online and wasn't sure if she should try them. I told her absolutely!

These shoes are the most comfortable shoes I have worn in a long time! Service was good! Please continue to produce comfortable styles. Slip on shoes or dressier shoes!

Edit: 6 weeks later they are still refusing to send the correct shoes even though they offered to. They keep trying to get me to buy more shoes at a discounted rate. Shoes are EASILY 2 sizes too big. When I contacted them, they will charge me to return them, want me to pay for new shoes, are adamant that their shoes run to standard sizes. They mention in emails to double check their 'updated size chart'. So, they sent the wrong size, told me to give those away and purchase the correct size, or pay upwards of $60 to return them.

I think I like these shoes. I love the style and I got compliments the first time I wore them. I like the larger toe box, but the shoe itself is a bit wide for my foot. I also had to use inserts for them to be comfortable to wear for long periods of time.

The fit is good would like it to be higher on the back on my heel. Felt it lifted with I walked

Comfy shoes, but feel cheaply made. Like if they get wet I feel like the inner sole will completely come part. Haven’t had them long enough to know how easy they are to keep clean. Time will tell.

The first pair I bought were very comfortable, and I appreciated the wide toe box. My toes didn't get tingly, and the pain in my heel wasn't as intense as it had been. When I was sent the offer for the two pairs of shoes, I jumped on it. I am enjoying these as well. However, there is a weird loosening I can feel on one pair. It seems like the construction might be coming apart (even though I have only worn this pair a few times).

Very cute & comfortable! Definitely gives a vintage look. Great for walking & standing.

The communication is great. The shipping is a bit long, but I was notified at every step. Unfortunately, the shoes aren't a great fit. The heel cup is not deep enough and my heel slips out. I reached out to DeFlorance, they offered a discount on different inserts that have a different heel cup. They haven't arrived yet, but I think it was a reasonable solution to the problem. It was that or I had to pay for return international shipping.

My experience was great as delivery arrival came in expected time. And the shoes fit and look great. They are also very comfortable better than the other 1.5 shoes. Love these clouds.
