BOTCHED WORK, ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY

Do not use dentakay. I had a very simple extraction and crown. I went with Dentakay because they were cheaper. 5 months later I ended up having to have emergency surgery back home in London to correct their botched job - a simple crown installation!!
The people who perform the procedures aren't dentists - usually dentists in training. They are extremely over worked and probably not paid very well. The whole company is a massive scam
AVOID DENTAKAY AT ALL COSTS.
If anything goes wrong they will absolutely gaslight you and tell you 'it just needs more time" or "that's how it's supposed to be". Save yourself the damage to your mouth and go with someone else. I ended up having to pay for additional dental work in my country to correct their botched work. It's not worth it
****UDPATE:***
It is simply not true as they purport that Dentakay only uses qualified dentists. The unsupervised "qualified dentist" that fitted my crown confirmed she was "almost finished" studying ' NOT qualified. Having to tell a "qualified dentist" that the implant they just fitted is misaligned where 1 side is too tight to allow floss in and the other side is big enough to allow a toothpick is clearlt not a conversation tou would need to have with a professional - even an unqualified person with basic common sense would know this. After i insisted that it was too tight against my canine tooth and refused to leave she filed down one side of the crown to make more space, but of course this didnt correct the misalignment on the other side. She then tried to add resin to the other side of the tooth to close the gap! This of course dropped off before i even left turkey - a complete shambles. When I got the emergency dental work done back in london, I was informed that I had some bone reabsorption because of their poor technique. A "qualified dentist" would have used a bone graft to prevent this - simply adding calcium powder into the extraction hole would have prevented this, but they completely skipped over this important step. Its now too late to reverse this.
Dentakay reached out and asked me to send the dentist receipt for my emergency treatment, which i did. They then proceeded to offer me £300 if I removed my review - I paid almost £2k for the emergency dental work (after already paying to be botched by Dentakay in Turkey). Of course, I declined!
Dentakay will hound you to leave a positive trustpilot or Facebook review before you leave the building - reviews is all they care about. Their prices may be better than what we pay in london/ the States, but their quality is on the floor... Have some respect for your health and avoid at all costs.

I highly recommend Dentakay for all your oral health needs. I was skeptical regarding abroad treatment especially in Turkey as you are thought to believe only the negative press but after doing my research I’ve decided to reach out to them as in the UK the treatment plan price far exceeded my budget.
From the first consultation until the final goodbye I’ve encountered only professional individuals from coordinators to dr , btw they have a great team of translators for many languages that help you throughout but is rarely needed as most of the staff speak English well.
I’ve left Turkey with a big smile and would definitely come back for other treatments.

Very useful information about my dental journey
I recently came across Dentakay and it has completely transformed my dental journey from start to finish. After reading an article about Dentakay in The Times Magazine, i decided to give it a try and I am so glad that I did.
The medical advisor was not only knowledgeable but also spoke impeccable English over the phone, making me feel at ease and well-informed every step of the way. The treatment plan provided was crystal clear with complete transparenc, and what’s more impressive is that their medical advisor even replied to my questions promptly, even at midnight. Warranty conditions are applicable and clear.

Well I am from Nashville Tn., and i visited Istanbul Turkey. Dentaray clinic is a very clean and professional operation. The cleaners are always cleaning something. Everyone one I dealt with was friendly and helpful. They answered all my questions.
My teeth are beautiful. The Doctor was a beautiful female and very friendly. There was not anything I could be disappointed about. The round trip airfare and zirconium teeth was still less than if I went to Mexico.
The hotel and complimentary breakfast was included across street from clinic and down the street from Trump tower.
The clinic is very clean and has modern equipment and they make their own teeth here also.
Abraham was my patient coordinator and very attentive as well as smart with wonderful smile. They always looked out for me. I didn't remember the Doctor's name but she was so pretty and intelligent and smiled a lot. If I wasn't 2.5 times her age I'd move there and marry her. Oh and the food...yes it is to die for. Wonderful lamb and pastries and also very tasty coffee shops.
Never going to Mexico again. I will never forget this wonderful trip.

Dentakay inspired me trust the most
I kept postponing my dental treatment for the last year or so until I saw Dentakay in the news. I then started to research them and other clinics in Turkey but Dentakay was the one that inspired me trust the most.
I had only been to Turkey on holiday but this time it was different as I had heard a lot of horror stories in the news. I finally gathered my courage and travelled to Istanbul where a really friendly driver welcomed me in the airport.
I then went to the Nish Istanbul clinic of Dentakay where I met the first day a group of dentists with different specialties who examined my case together and devised a treatment plan for the week.They did not all speak English but my patient assistant Sadia was there at all the time with me to translate and they were all really friendly and answered all my questions diligently. The clinic was spotless and they seemed to use the latest technology.
By the end of the week I got my new smile, I could finally smile to people with pride and not shame.
When I got back home, I felt some pain the first day and I contacted straight away Dentakay’s aftercare team, Amy connected me with one of the dentist who recomforted my by explaining that in some cases patients could feel pain in the first few weeks during the time the gum gets used to the new crowns and made some recommendation to solve the problem.
I am extremely happy with my new smile and my experience with Dentakay has surpassed all my expectations and I can confidently recommend Dentakay to anyone

When it comes to dental care, Dentakay is a name you can trust. From the moment I stepped into their clinic, I was greeted with professionalism and respect.
My journey started after visiting their London office. When I visited their office to get some information, I felt that I was in right place.
Then I travelled to Istanbul and a good vip driver encountered me in the airport and brought me to my 5 stars hotel which was included in dental package. I visited clinic again with a private car and my personal medical assistant met with me in the clinic. Hospitality and welcoming was amazing. They did their best to let me feel comfortable. Clinic is very clean and hygienic. My doctor told me every steps of the treatment. My advice to others that ask detail.They don’t hesitateto tell everything very transparently.
After they finished my first consultatio, They use best material. Implants are the best known brands in the world. You have another options as well. They have their own dental laboratory. You can see the procedure if you want to visit the lab.
After my treatment was finished, they mentioned that their customer care team will follow up the any problem.
You have option to visit their Antalya clinic for your second treatment. My second visit will be in summer and it sounds good to go Antalya

DENTAKAY the Best Dental Surgery in the World
Both visits for my treatment where I was met with the best and most professional service from all the staff even the one person I never met, Matt who I communicated with via WhatsApp he was the main reason I felt comfortable in choosing Dentakay He processed my quotes, travel arrangements and answered all my questions putting me at ease, that after a year of research I finally booked myself in for treatment
On both my visits to Dentakay İstanbul (in Aug 23 and Jan 24 ) I was met by Busra who always greeted you with a lovely pleasant smile, and guided me through all the treatment process while at the clinic
The first trip I was treated by Dr Thuran who removed the unwanted teeth and inserted the 10 implants with no pain whatsoever, he must have been a tailor in another life as the stitching of the gum afterwards was so neat and tidy
The second trip I was treated by Dr Nilufer who performed the cosmetic side of things and produced my new teeth to great satisfaction, the shape and colour are just what I asked for just to look normal again, not the big false Rylan Clarke look. Since I’ve been back home my family and friends have commented how natural they look and being in the building site industry surprisingly not one comment like Turkey Teeth etc thats shows how good they are !
No issues back home just the case of getting use to having a full mouth of teeth again and every day I think less and less about them as if nothing has been done to my mouth at all and now they feel like they are my original teeth!! I should have looked after them a lot better over the years !!

I enjoyed my stay in Istanbul, met some lovely people at the clinic and in the city restaurant's and will be looking at booking a long weekend visit just to incorporate a dental check up in the next 12 months 🦷
