Beautiful prints but service was not what I expected

Good print quality
The print qualities were good.
I expected the paper to be glossy or have a premium feel. but once I put them in a frame, they were good-looking

Art arrived on time and as described. Would recommend though, maybe improving the quality of the material the art is shipped in. The art work arrived in a somewhat less than excellent quality. Perhaps happening in transit.

It's just OK
The quality is quite mediocre, and it does look that way when hung up. I've found better quality items, often at a lower price, at TJ Maxx or Marshalls.

I just placed my first order and I found it a very easy website to navigate. Excited to receive my prints!

Unprompted review
Not the best quality.
My first order had prints that were bent. I should have returned them, in my third order the frame has a couple of nicks in the wood. I would say the quality is not the best, or they need to improve their packaging to ensure the lightweight paper prints do not get bent or the frame damaged. Our daughter's order had bent prints and she complained and they were replaced.
