Absolutely the worst customer service ever encountered.
An expensive couch and love seat…

Less than a yr. old and they are literally falling apart at the seams. Absolute junk. They said they would send a tech out…. 3 weeks later I called to see where the tech was. A tech never did come out. She got back and said from the pictures I sent in, they have decided it is wear and tear and they aren't going to do anything. I took more photos and sent them off, saying that it’s very plain to see it is NOT wear and tear. It is clearly a manufacturer issue whether its material or craftsmanship. There is something clearly wrong. The love seat has a seam that has let go also and it has been sat in less than 20 times in the year.
Oh….. and now she has ghost me!!! Will not return a call.
Please, do not patronize this company. They do not deserve you.

My husband and I had been looking for the perfect dining room table and chairs when we came across this showroom. Upon entering we were immediately met with warm and friendly staff who went above and beyond to help us. We found our table and the manager gave us an exceptional deal and we left feeling totally satisfied with our purchase. Due to a delay in building work the store was more than happy to hold onto our table and deliver it when we were ready. On the day of delivery I was phoned an hour in advance, as promised and the table was delivered and assembled by two lovely men. Both were friendly, professional and efficient.
This entire experience has exceeded my expectations and I would not hesitate to shop there again.
