Contacted by Sofia Trespalacios to complete a survey on Satellite Data Services. Rate agreed and confirmed via email on 30 March 2026. Survey completed on 1 April. Took 55 minutes, not 20 minutes. Followed up for payment on 31 March, then 1 April, copied finance team listed on website (email bounced not recognised). Been contacted by Dimitra Sypsa on 2 April for more follow up work on same subject. Enquired about pending payment from survey first but no response.

After a 1st paid interview no more compensation
After a 1st paid interview i was contacted several times for short interviews (non paid) that i think became the standard ! Sollicitating on responses by mail or interviews every week (with no compensation, or tokens i never saw)....

Representative no-showed for initial meeting.
Handwaved it with a multitude of excuses including not receiving the email, later backtracked it to having received the email but not read it yet. I even registered on their Zcal scheduling app but this was apparently worthless as well.
It's a horrible first impression for an organization with already poor showings (Google 'Dialectica scam' and see the many results that pop up), and I terminated further engagement with them.
I would advise others to do the same.
