We believe that all pets should be treated with dignity and respect at all stages of their life. We help grieving pet owners to give pets the send-off they deserve. Our responsive collection service means we are here for you at that difficult time, taking care of everything so you don’t have to. Our team manage everything on your behalf to ensure your pet has a compassionate individual cremation and you retain memories of those happy times. Our service is tailor-made so you can choose the personal approach you want for your pet. At every step our team treats your pet with respect and consideration. We understand how difficult this time is, so we take care of everything, from collecting your beloved pet from your home or the vet surgery, allowing you time to say final farewells and either attending the cremation or collecting the ashes. At each point the emphasis is on careful personal attention, from our tailor-made pet hearses and arranging final farewells, through to organising an individual cremation and empathetic presentation of the ashes. We take the time to talk about your choices: whether you prefer a same-day or two-day service; if a favourite toy should accompany your pet or if the family would like to attend. We try to make it straightforward and simple and remove any burden. It’s also about holding onto special moments; having something that recalls wonderful memories. From a simple paw print, through to creating an exclusive piece of jewellery allowing you to keep them close at all times. We help you to remember and celebrate those happy times.

Compassionate Care at the Hardest Time ❤️
We cannot thank Dignity Pet Cremation enough for the care and compassion they showed our beautiful Coco. After 15 wonderful years together, saying goodbye to her was one of the hardest things we have ever had to do.
Knowing that Coco was treated with such love, dignity and respect meant so much to us. Dignity handled everything with such kindness and understanding at a very emotional time for our family.
Coco was so loved and will always be a huge part of our family. Thank you for looking after our beautiful girl and helping us through such a heartbreaking time. ❤️🐾
We will be forever grateful. ❤️
Respectful and kind

A ray of light amidst the gloom
Losing my much-loved collie-cross Bella after more than 15 years together was a low point. What made a harrowing experience easier to cope with was the superb, sympathetic and totally supportive service provided by the Dignity Pet Crematorium staff. They could not have been kinder, more efficient and helpful. I will always be grateful to them for making a bleak time that bit brighter.

Thank you to all the team.
The team at Dignity Pet showed exceptional kindness, care and compassion during our beloved Boots’ final hours. From our very first phone call through to his final moments, everyone treated Boots and our family with such genuine warmth, dignity and understanding.
Losing Boots was an incredibly difficult and heartbreaking experience, and the support we received meant more to us than words can express. Boots was 16 years and 2 months old — an amazing age for an Old English Sheepdog — and we feel incredibly lucky to have had him in our lives for so many wonderful years.
We hired the Meadow Room at Dignity, which gave us a peaceful and private space to spend precious time with Boots before he was put to sleep. Fred, one of the vets who works with Dignity, was incredibly kind and compassionate. He explained everything that would happen beforehand, answered our questions and, most importantly, never made us feel rushed. We were given the time and space we needed to say goodbye to our very special boy.
We chose an attended cremation for Boots, and everything was carried out exactly as we had wished for him. The whole experience was handled with such care, respect and dignity.
When my husband collected Boots’ ashes the following day, we were touched by the thoughtful way everything had been presented. His casket came in a lovely bag, along with a ceramic heart bearing Boots’ name, forget-me-not seeds, a little card and a candle. We weren’t expecting these beautiful touches, and they meant so much to us at such a difficult time.
We cannot thank everyone at Dignity Pet enough for the compassion and care they showed Boots and our family. They made one of the hardest experiences we have ever faced a little easier, and we will always be grateful for the way they helped us say goodbye to our beloved boy.
Meadow Room was perfect for our last moments with Lily
We used the Meadow Room for euthanasia for our precious Boxer Lily. The room was perfect for the situation. We didn't want to use a busy vet surgery that smelled of cleaning fluid and where our dog may be anxious. The room was cool and had scented candles burning. The vet was very experienced and gave us all the time we needed and explained the process. When we had left Dignity took Lily into their care awaiting cremation. As good an experience possible for the situation.

A Final Farewell Filled with Love and Respect
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
When I lost my beautiful boy Louis, I was actually abroad, which made an already devastating situation even harder. The team at Dignity Pet Crematorium worked closely with my vet, and the communication throughout was absolutely exceptional — thoughtful, compassionate, and respectful.
Whilst I was flying back to the UK, they gave me great comfort and reassurance that Louis was being cared for with the dignity and respect he deserved. They completely understood my grief and my need to see him, and they provided such kindness, patience, and guidance during a time when I felt overwhelmed.
The process of choosing the details for Louis was handled with such care. They answered all of my questions, gave me the information I needed, and allowed me to make decisions knowing I was doing what was right for him. This meant so much to me.
When I visited Dignity Pet Crematorium, I was truly blown away. The grounds and gardens are absolutely beautiful, peaceful, and so thoughtfully cared for. Seeing the gardeners working hard to maintain such a special place really showed the love and respect that goes into creating a fitting environment for our beloved pets.
The kindness, dignity, and compassion shown to me when I received Louis’s ashes was something I will never forget. Our pets are not “just animals” — they are our family, our companions, and they are loved so deeply. Dignity Pet Crematorium gave Louis the beautiful and respectful farewell he deserved.
I cannot recommend Dignity highly enough. They helped me navigate one of the most heartbreaking experiences of my life and supported me in saying goodbye to my beautiful boy in the most loving way possible.
Thank you to the whole team for caring for Louis and for caring for me too. You truly made a difference when I needed it most. ❤️

Caring and professional
We lost our beloved dog Arthur very suddenly, at a vet far from home. They recommended Dignity and they stepped up for us, treating us respectfully and with care, giving us some clippings of his fur to keep, and delivering his ashes the 60+ miles to home in a good quality casket. Losing a pet -part of the family- is never easy, but Dignity at least gave us some peace of mind.

My beautiful cat Ralph
My beautiful cat Ralph died very suddenly on 2nd July. The staff at Dignity made this terribly sad time a little easier. They collected him from the vets within hours of his passing and told me to take as long as I needed before arranging his cremation. I was treated with so much kindness. I cannot find the words to express how truly grateful I am. The grounds at Dignity are beautiful - so calm and tranquil. I chose the sleeping cat for Ralph's ashes and I've got him back home on my bedside table. Thank you to everyone at Dignity.

Pippin’s funeral
On 20th June we suddenly lost our precious dog Pippin.
The vets gave us leaflets for two crematorium companies, and after reading them, we chose Dignity.
It was the right choice. They treated Pippin and us with the utmost respect.
His funeral was 24th June. We were allowed time with him beforehand and just before he was put into the kiln, we were able to say own speech and play some music.
The grounds are beautiful and everyone we dealt with was very kind.
It was the best send off we could give our lovely boy.

Euthanasia and cremation at Dignity
From the very first phone call to the last picking up the ashes. They made me feel they understand and know my feelings. The euthanasia in the Meadows Room was very calm, peaceful, the vet was professional and empathetic. He gave us as much time as we needed. He helped my boy to leave in peace and with all dignity. After cremation the picking up the ashes was the same very calm, the lady was very understanding. The area, rooms, all around is very nice and makes you believe your pet is in a good place and they matter. I couldn't choose anything better than The Dignity Pet Crematorium.

I can’t thank Kevin and the team at Dignity enough for the care they gave my whippet Merlin when I sadly had to say goodbye. Their care and sensitivity at a difficult time was reassuring and I knew he was in safe hands. Thank you to Tracy for looking after us both on the day.

Thank you Dignity
The people I dealt with at Dignity were all so kind and showed enormous empathy during what was a very difficult time. I lost my darling little cat Dolly on the 8th June. They arranged the collection of her from The Ralph and communicated with me every step of the way. Today Dolly was returned to me at home in a beautifully presented little bamboo envelope with some of her fur in cute little envelopes.
Thank you to everyone involved in Dolly’s cremation and safe return to her home.
