Recently purchased a FLIR C5 thermal imaging camera from Di-Log Energy. Unit came quickly and communication from the company during and after the process was very polite and efficient. Would have no issues recommending to others based on my experience.

Excellent customer service!

After a 5 minute discussion explaining what our requirements were the Data load Logger Equipment was set up with our client requirements and delivered to our offices the following day fully programmed and set up.

The installation of the load logger equipment onto the tails from the electric meter was extremely easy process with no powering down required. Once the CT leads have been clipped around the tails you plug the load logger into a 13 Amp Socket and turn the machine on and monitoring commenced.

Once the duration of the monitoring is finished it is the reverse process to remove the load logger and return back to Di-Log who downloaded all the information logged and emailed the results over to me the following day.

The cost hire of the equipment is extermely competitive to other market providers.

We managed to obtain the main objective for our client so all in all 5* service!

I used their energy usage data logging equipment to drill down into consumption in different parts of our facility.
A useful exercise that will help us reduce costs and better understand our usage patterns. Customer support was also good. A good service.

The very best of customer service, I Approached Dilog on the off chance they might have a data logger i can use on a rental basis, i wasn't entirely sure what i would need for the application....No problem Melanie & Adam had all the answers.

After confirming which product I wanted to purchase (Flir C3-X Thermal Imaging Camera), I initially looked to buy it through one of the usual known stockists; then I looked for a better deal by going to the market.

I found Di-Log Energy (Google search) offering the product at a very competitive price. So I took a chance on them; and am glad I did.

Not only did I receive the product at a very good price, but I also experienced great customer service and superb communications from them. They ensured the product suited my needs and confirmed the shipping address. I was told when it was dispatched and was given the tracking number. After the product arrived safe and sound, I was then offered assistance with the product (questions, set-up etc.).

I would not hesitate to use them again.
