Can’t knock ‘em, communication was good with delivery dates from their office, then good communication from the delivery team on the day, Put everywhere where they were told to put it, can’t ask for much more.
Appalling experience with this delivery company and by a very long mile the worst delivery company I have ever dealt with. Routinely ignored my availability to accept delivery and then when they did eventually deliver the bed, left me alone with it downstairs on the basis they could not bring it upstairs.
Driver went to wrong address, took a photo of the wrong door, and we now have to wait an extra few days for delivery (which is already a week late). On calling the company, we were told it was our fault for not answering the phone, despite waiting by the door all day for the delivery.
Not helpful, and we are beyond furious.
