Automatically selecting annual subscription when you have selected monthly.
Be very careful as it appears their website it set to automatically select annual membership even after you select monthly. You have to select monthly on more than 2 occasions during sign up process. Be warned double check before continuing after entering you card details as during this stage it changes back to annual rather than monthly. Even when you approve transaction through your banking app it is asking for approval for £0 so you can't see what they are going to take out of your account.You have to call them to get your money back which takes 7-10 days as cancellation through the app cancels it next year! This practice is very dishonest and is in place to trick you into annual subscription.
Mixing Hulu
Mixing Hulu, in with beautiful, wonderful Disney classics and the garbage they are making now and being peppered with the garbage from a Hulu, has really really taken Disney plus down, and we no longer subscribe

One of the worst streaming platforms out there.
So over convoluted and poorly managed, its a nightmare to create profiles and log in.
The home screen always shows the same shows/films regardless of the category.
Has anyone in the making of this software ever streamed before.
Rubbish
Never able to watch a single film/ program without a glitch/ pause and sound loss. Ridiculous. Doesn't happen on other platforms like Netflix. Won't be continuing subscription.
Appalling and unacceptable
Streaming is appalling. I can't believe you actually have to pay for this service, it's terrible. worse paid for app I know of! This service is unprofessional, outdated, awful, constant tech errors! Very disappointed, considering it's a well-known name like Disney, you would think they'll be on top of their game. Very poor and lazy if they can't. Unacceptable.

So much advertising. During 45min reality show 4 adds come out. So annoying

If you want to mess with your mental health or you've decided life is too easy then this is the App for you. Absolutely useless....and we pay a fortune for the privilege...the App constantly starts forwarding episodes while you try to watch anything and god forbid you leave the app for thirty seconds because it has no idea where you were in your show so will send you three episodes into the past so you have the joy of manually forwarding each episode because it's 'next episode' tab chooses to never work either!
I will be cancelling ours soon because life is too short to pay people to be useless
The worst streaming service out there
The worst streaming service out there. We are constantly getting error code 1026. Disney technical have no clue whatsoever and keep blaming my internet provider. My internet provider has said they do not block Disney. This has only started happening since they started the no password sharing. We do not share our login/password at all. We only watch disney plus in our house. Disney keeps blocking my ip address. I can use other streaming services like Netflix etc with no issues so this is definitely a Disney plus issue.

I can’t cancel subscription which is ridiculous. I was charged with £4.99 a month but I am fully aware that I have to cancel by the deadline but I simply can’t login or access to the “manage my account” page until I was charged. I definitely did not use the app at all. Please refund.
Disney plus is a joke I've just signed…
Disney plus is a joke I've just signed up and I am on day number two I tried to use it and it says error code 73 I can't access Disney from my location. Can you believe I am in London now I have to ask for a refund as their system clearly does not work.
Constantly playing wrong episode.
I've been using it for less than a week it constantly shows me the wrong episode of what I want to watch. Have to get through an advert to find out its the wrong episode. Then, another round of adverts with no skip function when i select the correct one. Then, you wanna fast forward to where you last watched? Well, its a 3rd or even 4th round of adverts before you even start watching from where you left off.
I will be cancelling my subscription. Even at the discounted price, its still a complete piss take.

Dowloaded movie stops playing
I am always coming back, because they have great movies. But, when I try to play the downloaded movie it just stoppes playing after couple of minutes and it just load and load and load. Offline not even try it. Also started to download a tv series. Didn't download the first three episodes. Try to continue the download but it just don't let me. No wifi, no 5g. There is like 800gb free space on my phone. Disney app gives me constant headache. If I could I would claim back my money from them. Netflix app is easier, smoother, and no glitches at all.

App malfunctions daily. Frequent buffering anywhere I sit, then fast forwards. Extremely frustrating. And the adverts, gosh they pile on, during every interruption! I expected so much more from Disney.

After 3years of not having disney plus I was going 2 take it out again until I found out password sharing has been stopped im sorry but if im paying for 4screens I should b allowed 2 use them how I see fit i no people are going 2 b saying well why not drop ur package but if I do that I don't get uhd or dolby because u only get that on the highest package so disney I'll keep my money till you change

But now it crashes every time if you go to chat it's a bot with limited functions and tha thars crashing as well
As ick and tired of this now just started my subscriptions again and you can't even get in touch with them to get a refund

No ad package is a lie.
Paying for the no ad package and still getting ads, less ads, but there should be zero ads. The quality drops constantly and it regularly shuts down in the middle of watching something.
If it was my choice we wouldn't have subscribed in the first place because I do not agree with the whole paying for the ad subscription when that's already being paid for by the ads, but I have a stepdaughter who likes to watch some cartoons, but with the greed combined with the lack of quality in legitimate streaming services, my partner is slowly coming around to not having it in future and sticking to dvds.
The legitimate sites have nobody to blame but themselves for the fact that more people are turning to illegal streaming sites, because we cannot get good quality unless we find it illegally.
