The idea of this is great but if you are moving houses this is absolutely horrendous to use. For starters they can only send items to the billing address of your card, you won’t know this until they the delivery is due, even though there is an option to provide a different delivery address and no mention anywhere they will only delivery to the billing address. There are no contact numbers to call and the people handling emails can’t think outside the box. Asking you to send documents and still saying it’s not acceptable.

What a waste of time. Go through the whole rigmarole of setting everything up only to be told they don't accept perfectly valid Mastercards because they are issued by Monzo, and that it's "an internal business decision".
Fine, but don't waste the customer's time!
