The chain was found broken upon delivery, right out of the box. Very disappointing. Delivery also took nearly three weeks, advertised as 5-7 days.

Was really impressed with the quality when my order arrived. The finish is smooth and the weight feels just right. Wore it all day and barely noticed it was on—super comfortable.

The order took a month to arrive, so they get dinged a star for that, but otherwise happy with the jewelry I received. The "W" ring was a little more matte than I expected, but still looks nice. Rope chain and "youth" pendant came as advertised.
